I had the most amazing experience here tonight! Kyla was our server and she was quick, courteous, and just a jewel! I truly felt that our satisfaction was important to her. The manager came at the end of the meal and I couldn’t help but tell him how amazing the food was and how great our service was. Food ten stars … cleanliness ten stars!! Fern was awesome! Helped us with the menu and made my first stop after a 17 hour drive wonderful! He made me the best cocktail. Even working on Christmas Eve, Ferb made us feel like he was welcoming us into his home. Fabulous service! If I could give a zero star review I would. Upon walking in the aroma of pine sol is what hits your nose. Not a faint hint but like you had your nose over the bottle. Hostess sat us and took our drink order. No waitress till some 30! minutes later. She took our order then we sat for an hour. Mind you there are 10 tables at the most. We notified the hostess and she sent the manager over who says grub hub orders are backing them up. Not good enough. We continue to wait while the hostess makes her rounds cleaning the tables off with pine sol in which we asked her to stop please. So we wait another 20 min and we are set to leave and food shows up. Not to include mine however. They say it's coming. Meanwhile the table beside us is also complaining and leaving. My companions dish is overcooked and wrong. 15 minutes later my "smash" burger shows up not smashed and the cheese is cold to boot. I am done at this point. I pay for my tea and depart. This is the 2nd bad experience as I was here last year but thought everyone deserves a second chance. NOPE! I don't at all mind paying a pretty penny for a good meal. I was super disappointed in my $70 bill for 2 people., no alcoholic beverages. Our steak was beyond over cooked. We both ordered baked potatoes. One got a potatoe the other got rice. Our waitress was very friendly but also very scatter brained. It was not at all busy. The salad bar was GREAT. We should have just got that. Pretty sure their scallops are fake. Not at all worth the $ spent. I enjoyed my time there. Getting there closer to closing time, I expected to not have what I wanted, but everything was available. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. It took over an hour for our food to be delivered. When we did get our food, it was all wrong. My Swiss mushroom burger had no mushrooms. Fries were all cold. Out of the six people at our table, 4 of our orders were wrong. On top of this, there was a drugged up individual outside in the parking lot making threatening gestures toward us. Place has been lacking staff the last few times we have visited. We enjoy the food, prices and specials so we return. Staff that is on hand has always been polite and friendly but stretched thin so that affects service. Last few visits we've been seated in a bar area booth with the bar tender as our waitress. Last visit, there were no croutons on the salad bar. 😲 That's like a " Oh Hell No!!" But, it was nearing closing time, (8 pm??🙄) So I it left alone and enjoyed what was available. Can't imagine the store being profitable at this rate. It'll soon be " another poorly managed chain restaurant bites the dust in N. On camera the food may look good however the taste was not at all pleasant. The ribs were not fresh so the waiter offer to have the cook prepare me another batch. I’m not sure what was wrong but the cook on duty could not seem to get it together! My coworker ordered the USDA Prime mushroom burger and it was a disaster! The first time the burger was nearly rare when it should have been well done, the second time the burger was burnt and the third time we had the waiter placed it in an To-Go box since we was on our lunch break and spent 30/45 mins waiting for our food to be properly prepared!!!!! We went to Ruby Tuesday’s to eat food but didn’t, what a waste of time NEVER AGAIN😡 However, through it all our waiter ANDREW was all around AWESOME Two stars goes to him 👍

Honey listen, all I did was stir my food to find the sauce, the chicken was good and seasoned. I don't know what happened with my sauce. Dry noodles and brocolli doesn't pair well 😩 after a 3 hour drive I was too tired to take my food back. I am very disappointed though. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
