Say "Herb and Garlic" five times fast. You know it'll sound like "Urban Garlic", but order it anyway. Get it on whatever toasted savory bagel takes your fancy. Add a coffee or other drink and hang out for a bit in this newly opened, modern and clean bagel shop. Street parking. Friendly service. PS, it's herb forward and not garlic heavy, your friends will thank you later. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast

Don’t get all those complains from Redmond locals, to be honest :) Love their Seattle location, and glad they decided to open a new one in Redmond. Much better taste to me than Blazing Bagles, fresh ingredients. Cannot compare to Blazing Bagles, again. Their bagels have no taste for me, too much “bread”. Rubinstein ones are fav. I ordered 3 different bagels with cream cheese, and it was $12 total. Great local kombucha for $5.50🥯

First time here. We were surprised to find out they had a bar with a drink and cocktail, they get plus one for that . The place is spacious ,at 3pm they didn’t had lots of bagel. The service was nice , food delicious but quite small sides . You need an ID for buying alcohol even if you are older then 50 😊
I came to check this place out for the first time today and it was a great experience! Service was quick and they were able to answer all of my questions. I ordered the salted rosemary bagel with plain cream cheese and a bowl of gazpacho soup. The bagel was really good! Great tasting cream cheese and I love that the bagels are crispy on the outside with a chewy inside! The gazpacho was incredible and I hope it’s always in the menu! I’ll be back for sure! They also have a full bar so it would be a nice spot to come chill with friends! The park right across the street is nice too if you want to take your food outside on a nice day!

My family's new favorite bagel place! The bagel sandwiches are fantastic and I love their rosemary bagels. It is a bit pricey or I would go here more often. The bagels are also very chewy which my dad adores, but isn't everyone's cup of tea so beware if that is you. Great seating and aesthetic inside too for a bagel place. The 18% service charge is deceiving consumers. Many believe it is a tip shared with employees. Read the other google reviews and you will see. By telling consumers "Gratuities not expected" in their service charge disclosure, many believe that that means the fee is a gratuity, it is not. Edit: It looks like they have gotten rid of the 18% service charge! Also they now have buy one get one free bagels on weekdays, great deal! Original: When you order in person, the service charge disclosure is hidden under the coffee section (the coffee is awful by the way). You won't see the service charge mentioned near the bagels menu. When you order online, they say it is an "8%" service charge, but charge you 18%! Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Very nice seating area! It’s clean, bright, and open. The food was okay, good toppings but just felt missing. Perhaps the quality or quantity of toppings could be better as I’ve had better lox bagels elsewhere. I’d come back and try their pastramis.

Nice new and clean place with an industrial feel on the inside. Good bagels and coffee. Olympia coffee is a personal favorite so it's all great to see Rubenstein serving it. I ordered a BLT on poppee and it was amazing. A toch on the expensive side. But I have no complaints about quality. I would recommend this place for a quick breakfast or lunch. Or a place to get coffee and get an indoor view of the Redmond downtown park. Very nice spot. A+

We decided to give Rubenstein Bagels a try for takeout. My partner asked about the service charge when he went to pay when it prompted for a tip and he was told they removed it, although the online menu still said it exists as of this morning. So hopefully they listened to all the feedback and leave the service charge off. I personally would rather the displayed pricing for items be at a rate required for them to run their business and would rather pay a slightly higher sticker price then be forced to pay a service charge that solely goes to the company. What's the point of that? I enjoyed my sandwich. I got the egg and avocado and added bacon on a sesame seed bagel. The bagel was big and chewy on the outside but soft in the middle. There was a generous amount of avocado and bacon. It was a smidge greasy but I didn't mind. I really liked the scallions, they added a nice touch. We also ordered a poppyseed bagel, toasted with butter and that was not as great. It's like the bagel was made completely differently than the sesame seed bagel. It was smaller, extremely dense, and the poppyseeds didn't even stick to the top. It looked like they took a really sad bagel and just sprinkled some seeds on top. I don't know what happened to that bagel but they didn't even add the butter or give us some on the side. So overall, the sandwich was great and I'll get it again assuming the poppyseed bagel issue was a fluke and their usual bagels are like the sesame one.
