I accidentally purchased a large shawarma from your restaurant yesterday, and I was quite disappointed with the quality. The shawarma was filled predominantly with potato fries and leaves, leaving very little chicken inside. I could only find two or three chicken pieces in the entire shawarma. This experience was not worth the money I spent, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention. I hope you can address this issue and ensure a more satisfying dining experience for your customers in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst delivery service at al khor branch. I ordered and waited for an hour , then when the delivery guy reached his behaviour towards to me was disgusting and humiliating because I had checked with Royal tea regarding the delay. He behaved as if, we were begging him to give food for free. He told me not to order again from here, if I did he will not deliver the food ! Why does royel tea hire such people who doesn’t have manners and commitment towards their work. Royel tea is loosing their reputation because of cheap behaviour of their employees like this .Here what kind of customer service are Royal tea providing ? Service Delivery

Royal Tea Al Khor Branch is worst. I ordered banana shake it was worst shake I ever had .It was looking they just mixed alot of sugar in water and expired milk .I Will never order banana shake again They have compromised their food quality for business.

Please don’t go this shop for having shawarma. I had bad experience on day during Iftar. I told them to shawarma and they were mixing with 2 different shawarma and cheating us. I noticed and asked why you guys are cheating and they replied it’s Ramadan time. So I asked during Ramadan time and u r in fasting and cheating the public it’s Haram and argued with them and left from the shop. Please I urge every one to avoid eating in this shop.

Just had the best falooda at Al Khor, I had to come leave a good review. We ordered the good bud falooda and Royal falooda. Royal falooda was the best honestly. Value for money in terms of both quantity and quality. My family loves the beef sandwich and loaded fries from here; I haven't had a sandwich like this from other cafeterias. Its affordable and tasty. Since its just 3 QAR delivery on talabat I always take advantage of the fast delivery (restaurant delivers, not talabat riders) I wish they improve their shawarma and make their paratha sandwich cheaper like the other places in town. But not gonna complain!! I keep ordering from here nowadays...

They have the bestest chicken shawarma.An absolute fan from the first time I had it..rest of the eating options haven't tried it cos I always get spicy chicken shawarma
