Awesome little bakery serving up local dishes and big flavor!
All the typical breakfast offerings are served here - saltfish, smoke herring, buljol, etc, and you can get it on fried or coconut bake. They also have some pastries like beef pie, cheese pie, currents roll. Food was prepared well, portions are great, and most importantly everything was delicious! Their need pies were my favourite and probably the best I've ever had!
We got breakfast from here every day during our stay in Tobago and I'd highly recommend you do the same! Just be sure to get there early as they tend to sell out of some things quickly.

A very cozy and friendly place. The food was very flavorful when I visited for breakfast 😋. The price wasn't that bad given the amount of food you were given. Will stop in another time for a meal.

When you go to Rosie’s it’s like eating at your moms kitchen. Excellent service and food choice. We had there bake and salt fish and the smoke herring. Nice and fluffy bakes!😍 big portions size!
Stumbled upon the gem while on my recent trip to Tobago. I was pleasantly surprised by their selection of local food. Everything tasted amazing. Their salt fish accra and currants rollwas👌chef's kiss
In addition to their breakfast menu, they served lunch, which was superb. Their callaloo, macaroni pie, fish, rice were some of the items I tried. All were 10/10. Customer service was great. Can't remember the girl who served us, but she was amazing!

The owner, Ms. Rosie, was sweeter than sweet bread. I love the breakfast options, fast service, deliciously baked currants rolls, sweet bread and coconut bake that I purchased. When I visit Tobago, I will return to Rosie's Bakery again!

Thank God Rosie's opens early... I had an early flight and needed breakfast. It was a perfect stop with various breakfast options, ref bakes and sides. Pastries were good, too

They probably make fewer items on Sundays so the pastry options were limited, but the beef pie, sausage roll and sweetbread tasted good. Service was okay— the male assistant particularly was very pleasant. The lunch smelled sooo good, pity we didn’t try it.

Has a variety of pastries. I liked the hot 🔥 beef pie, well seasoned and tasty. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere welcoming

Good food, however poor customer service. The girl taking orders refused to respond to good morning only with a 'what uh want'. I also noticed a lady with a disabled child who needed food heated up (their own food i assume) and the staff refused saying that it would cause them to get into trouble with the Health Inspector ( who was nowhwere in sight for the duration of the meal). Edit-power went out at the aforementioned persons hotel.thats why they asked for food to be reheated.

Great food, terrible service. The kind of service to remind us how far we still have to go in the realm of customer service in Trinidad and Tobago. The workers were rude, rushed us, and were also using their phones and not wearing gloves. The food however, was very tasty and they had a lot of options.
