Food are delicious but the price a bit high. Tried their a la cart lunch, buffet breakfast and also their Chinese new year buffet.

The table leg is wobbly and food stains wasn't clean up and left to dried for hours.
Potato chip is soggy and taste like cardboard, chicken chop was tasteless and uninspiring, for a Rm40 chicken chop you could have gotte a better alternative outside of the hotel.
The aglio olio pasta is partially undercook and overcook much to my disappointment and amusement, never had I had pasta like this before, RM 47 for a pasta with 3 prawns.
Vanila Milk shake is diluted and powdery and cost you RM12, and one will thought that hotel food couldn't go any wrong, what makes it worse is that the dinner causes a tummy ache for my partner, good gracious.
Conclusion:
1 star off- for poor dining hygiene
2 stars off- for poor communication from the server and kitchen staff, they were supposed to cancel our milk shake when they were being inform by their colleagues but end up having it send over again ??
3 stars off- for poor food quality and sadly not even the minimum criteria reach.
4 stars off- for causing my partner having an upset stomach soon after.
1 star here is just courtesy review, if possible we will like to give less than that.
Dear Lexis although this is an older establishment of yours doesn't mean that you should overlook it and focus on your other new ones. You will never know you might have potential customers who try out your other premises before going for your latest ones.
Kindly look into it.

We came here for buffet breakfast, and the main courses had to be ordered separately:
1) American breakfast with scrambled eggs. Only the eggs were served warm, others were all cold. Was really disappointed. Portion was way too huge too. The f&b should really reduce the portion.
2) nasi lemak. Not bad, portion was not too huge.
3) chicken porridge. Not bad, preferred this over the other options.
Suggestions to the f&b:
1) please serve your american breakfast at least warm.
2) please reduce the portion of the american breakfast.

Food is seriously bad. Like seriously bad. You can see it for yourself in the photos provided. For a complementary dinner, I certainly wouldn't compliment the food one bit.
If you ever come here, my advice is to NOT come here. Go somewhere else. Anywhere will do. Anywhere is better than here.

Book for Anniversary Dinner / candle light dinner worth RM380, expect some decoration and kind romantic envionment but only candle available. The portion of the food is too big. For main course they mix Beef, lamb, salmon and chicken altogether. Aiyooo without asking customer concern. Unfortunately im not eating lamb and I dont like salmon. I thought need to choose either one. But the taste of food okay la and the service was superb.
I am sending joyous and heartfelt thanks on behalf of my two sons to the chefs and customer service staff at Roselle Coffee House at Grand Lexis in Port Dickson. We brought our family for an international buffet on the eve of Eid Mubarak at Roselle, and it turned out to be a memorable experience for my boys. They enjoyed not just the spread, but the fine and exquisite flavorful dishes that were expertly prepared by the experienced chefs. Everything, from seafood to pasta, roast duck to local cuisine, was simply flavorful and sumptuously prepared, surpassing that of international chain hotels.
My boys conveyed their thanks to Mr. Kumaran Krishna, the F&B manager, for providing them personalized service that added to their dining experience and made them feel valued.
