I have been here three times now and have had a great experience! Stacy, Daniel and Nate have been great servers! They were all attentive, made us feel welcome and went the extra mile. The food has been excellent all the three times that I have been there. We have made it a Friday night out. Thank you all for the generosity.

This will be long……we drive all over the country for work and eat out ALL the time and generally don’t fuss much. On this particular night we found Rosario’s because it was next door to our hotel. We wanted to have a cocktail or two with dinner and not have to drive so it was great that we could walk. We did call before we arrived and the hostess was super sweet and assured us there was no problem getting a table without a reservation. We did read other reviews before going and while we were skeptical we decided since the phone call went well we would give it a try.
Once seated, we waited. And waited. And continued to wait. We probably waited at least 15 minutes until our server stopped by. We ordered drinks and those took 10 or 15 minutes to get despite the fact that the bar tenders and servers all seemed to be having a little party behind the bar and the restaurant was nearly empty at this point.
The drinks had excellent flavor, but the lemon drop martinis didn’t seem to actually have much alcohol in them since I drank two of them and didn’t even get a buzz.
The bread looked and tasted like a toasted hoagie roll and the olive oil had a bad aftertaste.
Our entrees didn’t get any better. Both were cold to the extent that it seemed like it had been sitting for about ten minutes before being served. My husband had the seafood medley. I had the surf and turf. The seafood medley was lacking seafood but the flavor was good. The filet in the surf and turf was tough and the lobster was TINY. Flavor was ok. The peas were delicious.
We were presented an itemized bill which did have a surcharge if you paid by credit card. The server did bring the card reader to the table and the 25% tip was preselected, which I changed. It is a very uncomfortable situation when they do this and you have to tip with the server standing there with you. She did turn her back and didn’t stare but still….
The hostess was the highlight of the dinner. Super sweet!!!!
Overall, if I am in town again I’ll just get a subway salad and call it a day. We would not return to this restaurant.

Went for our 3 yr anniversary for the first time.
We first ordered the bread, which sadly was a disappointment. We were hoping for a nice soft loaf, however got bread that seemed day old, and waitress misunderstood us wanting balsamic on the side. Instead gave us a whole dish of balsomic, and the normal garlic/balsamic mix, not leaving a non-balsomic option.
We ordered steaks, lobster and a salad.
Salad was great, Lobster was SO incredibly rich, however the steak was a bit under from what I expected. I normally order med-well, however the waitress portrayed the wellness I wanted as medium, so agreed. It was definitely more rare than I had hoped.
I misunderstood the fresh vegetables thinking they would be raw. However they were amazing and plated with a great garlic oil, which matched well with the potatoes.
Expect to spend over $100, maybe per person. It has amazing food thats worth returning to, perhaps different appetizers but great main course.

Very disappointed... I have worked here in the past. I enjoyed it. I always wanted to come and have a nice dinner but when I finally did on the day before valentines day, I seen a dead bug on the floor under the table next to me and when I told the server about it, he grab the bug with the black napkin from the water cups... it ruin my appetite and experience...this was something I looked forward too and was let down.

Pueblo needs more places like this! For full transparency, there were a few things that could be improved, but overall we had a good experience. The charcuterie board had some good elements, but I felt like it was missing some crackers or bread. I had the surf n turf and my husband had the seafood medley which was a special for the night. My steak was a bit salty, I let the waiter know and he kindly brought me another. The sauce over the steak was also a bit heavy on the brandy. My husband had no complaints about his food.

Went on July 8th, just posting now. I was very happy with my pizza, until I tasted my boyfriend's chicken... Absolutely delicious! We split the tiramisu dessert after, all with a white wine suggested by the server. It was a wonderful date! The place was clean and we were seated quickly even though they were busy, although we eat a little later than a lot of people.

This experience was definitely not worth the price. First, I ordered the Roman salad. The concept is great offering grapes and candied walnuts but overly sweet and had way too much dressing. Next, was the Chicken Piccata. Breading on the chicken was thick and almost burnt. It was served with mashed potatoes and some sort of vegetable medley drench with gravy. Reminded me of chicken fried steak. The star of this dish was the roasted. The most memorable part of this experience was definitely the desserts. We tried the tiramisu and the crème brûlée. That’s the only reason for the two star rating. Definitely could have done without the huge pizzelle on both desserts. So the presentation needed some help. They also charge a fee if you pay with a debit or credit card. Lastly, we never saw a drink menu besides the offering of wine by the bottle but we did see other tables being served some amazing looking martinis. I will not be returning or recommending to anyone.
We went for pizza. The crust was great, the toppings fresh and flavorful. If I had to nitpick, my Negroni tasted a little weak. Definitely will be back.
