waited a while for our order on a not so busy day, then half our order was freezing cold. So we waited a while to see if she’d come back but she just didn’t so I had to go ask the bartender if he could help us find our waitress. Then we completely finished our meal then they brought out new fries that weren’t cold but they were absolutely COVERED in pepper flakes. It wouldn’t be a big deal if it wasn’t so incredibly expensive. Didn’t ask how we wanted our orders (hamburger) or anything. Not great service, not good food, and atmosphere overall. Glad I couldn’t eat my spitefully covered with pepper, fries. That I paid for $6 for 13 French fries. Was nice after we complained but we just feel it didn’t need to get to that. Brought my husband for his birthday, 🥳 we enjoyed it so much! Our kids were happy with the kids menu! Food and drinks were great 👍🏻 Costumer serves is a plus! Kids friendly! And clean environment! We went here on a Saturday evening and expected a wait. They told us it would be 30 minutes and we could go wait outside in the grass where there was a band playing and beer sales for donations to Hawaii. They said they would come get us (strange they don't have text message notifications yet). We waited 45 minutes and nothing so we went back inside. They said they called us over and over and went to look for us but could not find us. We were right where they told us to wait and there were only like 4 other people there in the fenced off area. No one came to get us but they said luckily they still had a table. It then took 15 to 20 minutes for our server to come to our table and order drinks. It was another 45 minutes before we got our food. The server kept forgetting where to bring food or drinks and went to multiple other tables first before he remembered.... The food is okay but definitely not worth the wait or service. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

We sat in the bar and didn't have to wait at all. Food was good, TVs were on with some sports to watch and the service was fast. I always forget to take pics of the food - I had the Cilantro Ranch Chop salad with chicken...and there was a good amount of chicken - it was great. Yum! Had the chicken fried chicken and a strawberry margarita. Hubby had fish tacos. We were very happy with the food and our server was great - attentive and friendly. Server wasn’t very prompt at all. We weren’t checked on and waited quite awhile for just about everything. Ordered Cajun pasta with no shrimp. Woman came out asked if it was an allergy I replied no I just really hate seafood. Pasta came out with shrimp in it and over heard the same woman say “why couldn’t she just pick it out” which I find incredibly rude and unprofessional. First and last time here. The service was great! Our server said that she was a very new server but we wouldn't have known. She was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and attentive. I was torn between two dishes and the one she recommended, a southwest chicken sandwich, was very delicious. My husband ordered the twisted chicken tenders and those were delicious and the breading is seasoned well.

Trevor was fantastic, the experience was much better than when I had been pre covid. The recent menu updates include some fresh food options. The menu is smaller than expected and includes about 30% fresh food options like salads and bowls, with the majority bar food. The kids menu offers good variety at reasonable prices. During peak times staffing can run short and service and kitchen responsiveness slows. The bar is great if you like beer and a casual slow meal. 💜💜WoW!!💜💜 So much fun to be at Rock Bottom on a Friday nite!! Great service, thanks, Maggie, our server. Her attitude and professional support was fantastic!! Then the Manager came by, visiting, laughing, and joking with my husband, and delighted him with a great dessert surprise!! Y'all just topped off our wonderful experiences with more fun. It was quite a pleasure to see that the restaurant is coming back from this horrible c experience, and servers are loving their jobs!! Thank you again! I picked this place so my parents and my family could meet up with my uncle that we had not seen in about 30 years who is out to Colorado from Ohio. It was amazing. Absolutely everyone was impeccable with service, kindness and understanding. We were able to stay and visit for as long as we wanted. The food was outstanding as well. This place not only met but exceeded all of our expectations. I am so extremely grateful for the entire staff accommodated our table.
