I thought we just went for a meal, but, ... what a pleasant surprise.
We ate a great seafood meal - and on the menu there were many alternatives.
Forgot to ask about vegetarian alternatives, but according to the service we got, I'm sure the restaurant would have made a plan, were you too ask.

The food was very good and nicely presented! Don't let the dated decor fool you. The food is fabulous! And true value for money! Biggest prawns I've ever eaten.

It was lovely the only complaint I have is that our food took long to be served , but they had a warm welcome and made sure if we needed everything.

The service is very bad. Taking long to deliver the order and the employees act tribalist against fellow indigenous Namibians while welcoming white people with smiles and giving food to us like giving to the dogs

I went to Luderitz over the 2021 December holiday. Remember Ritzis from a few years back when I visited and they were situated at the Waterfront. Great food and service back then. I went to Ritzis during my stay now and we were welcomed to a full restaurant, all tables full and only two waitresses.
We sat for 45minutes before being greeted by a waitress (after complaining multiple times) Ended up waiting more than an hour for our drinks and the total time spent at Ritzis ended at over three and a half hours. We spent about 45minutes in total eating the rest was a waiting game.
We went back to Ritzis two days later and this time we found only ONE waitress on duty and she had to serve more than 20 people aswell as answer the phone, take orders via telephone, make everyones drinks and get the food out in time. SIKE! We played the waiting game once more. We had a late dinner that started at seven and ended up going home at ten, again spending 99% of the time waiting for our food and drinks (some of us ended up taking our mains home as a doggy bag whilst others at our table had forgotten that they ate) all this and seeing the poor waitress run around like a headless chicken.
The food is good, but the service is horrible! Its always a joy to support local but this experience makes it very hard. Pictures above were the only dishes we were served in the time period of three hours, we ordered 2 gerrie specials and a mexican, which we received ten minutes to ten. So unfortunately no pictures as they were taken as take away.
The service was terrible to say the least, it took them an hour and a half to make my order. Which was 1 take-away pizza. I had to ask a waiter multiple time to check if my order was almost done because people who came after me were getting their food first, just to find out they never even gave my order to the kitchen staff.
I would not recommend, waitng staff
are too rude.

Nice place for family friends and love one .. Quality food at affordable prices... best restaurant in Namibia so far . Awsome service with a lovely lady's serving with great passion... don't forget to tip

French Toast with a Little Twist
Came when the sun was out and left during the dark, sadly it was due to being long with our food. It took around 45 minutes for our mains to arrive and around another 40 for the desserts. We didn't get an apology for how long we were waiting, it's a bit of a small menu but if you're desperate for a slightly cheaper meal and you can wait, this is a restaurant.

The service is horrible. It horrendous. They took long to bring the menu and even longer to be served. The waitresses have attitudes when you asked for help except for the girl who was in a black jacket. The girl in white has no customer service and is obnoxious. Food is a little better but please work on customer servicesl
