I would like to make a special mention of 2 workers at this Rituals branch: Chrystal Dennie and Kishawner Williams. I have been in here several times and their service has always been friendly, yet professional. Their smiles and upbeat attitudes are truly appreciated. Ms. Dennie in particular really made an impact in the way she communicates with customers. I hope they can continue to thrive in the service industry. Nice cosy spot to unwind after work /after school with your kids. We like to treat ourselves to some donuts or one of their refreshers/chillers (esp on a hot day ) Staff was very pleasant and service was quick! No in-house dining allowed. But, COVID-19 protocols are to be observed. You can use your Rewards card for purchases. Choices of coffee, hot or cold. I tried the Mochaccino which has whipped cream; wonderful choice. On the other hand, the Red Eye coffee with hazelnut syrup was a shocker! It has no milk. The next time, I will ask for the choices of hot coffee with milk and sugar. Try a blueberry or cranberry scone. The cranberry scone may be a bit acidic, but it is still delicious.

Neatly tucked away from the main entrance which gives a nice getaway from the mall. The only windows are to the West which brings in enough natural light and have blinds to shade you from the late afternoon sun.

I am a long standing member of Rituals, I normally purchase from the outlets in South because I am from San Fernando, i currently work in the East and visited the outlet at O Meara plaza food mall and the service is the worst I have ever experienced since I buying Rituals. Rituals management needs to do something about this.

Best place locally for coffees, chillers, jamaican patties..... Have you tried their new chikker? Honey cookie crumble I think is the ame. Buttttt my absolute favorite is their vanilla bean chiller. Dont forget to use your card so your points can be accumulated 🤗

Nice Location, Good Service and Yummy Chillers. There is free WiFi and it's nice for a business meeting.
