I had the opportunity to assist an event that was held at this place.
Slow service.
Cold food.
The flies were free, the whole place was full of flies and the waiters didn't do anything about it.
I always wonder why business owners in Nicaragua don't do anything about customers complaints?
15% tip requested and the service sucks.
City views were outstanding.

Great spot for a group, date, or business dinner. Friendly staff, nice terrace dining area, and good presentation of food.

Nice restaurant. The food was fantastic. Our server was only just okay. But no complaints. Beautiful view. I will be back when I visit Estelí again.

I waited months to come visit here and was so excited. I lived in Medellín for a year and am very familiar with Colombian food.
Unfortunately this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. We communicated with them over Instagram before arriving and they made us a reservation. After driving an hour to arrive they had about 130 people occupying the whole restaurant in two separate events. They said we would have to wait until they finished serving the private parties to order our food; about 30-40 mins. They could have told us this before we spent the hour and all the gas to arrive, but fine, we’re already here let’s order. I asked for the Arepa Paisa which already suspect because it claims to be filled, even though the Colombian ones usually just have toppings. Venezuelan arepas are filled. The menu said it comes with carne desmechada, maíz, and queso. Since I don’t eat meat I asked them to simply put avocado instead of the meat, which is very common in Colombia. They said it wasn’t possible and we went back and forth for 30 minutes before they finally agreed to such a simple ask. 40 minutes later they bring me what looked like a 4 day old dry pancake cut in half and filled with surprises… chorizo and chicharrón. When I brought it to their attention they said but you asked for no meat. Ok, but the menu (and I’ll post the pic) didn’t list chorizo and chicharrón! So they brought meat that wasn’t on the menu to a person who asked for no meat. How nice of them… So they go back and bring me another one that’s just avocado and corn, and I ask where is the cheese? The menu said it comes with cheese. So they take it back and put some shredded white cheese and microwave it to melt. When I go to pickup this concoction the whole thing crumbles. I tried a bite and it was the most disgusting arepa I have ever tried. It was completely dry and lacked salt like a typical Colombian arepa. I gave it to our dog, even he wouldn’t eat the arepa, and he eats everything. When I told them they said well it’s not our fault we weren’t planning to attend to anybody outside of the private parties today. Is that an excuse to provide horrible service and food? They should have saved us the disappointment and said they weren’t open to the public that day. Also, there was a large puddle of water next to our table because our dog dumped over his water bowl, our fault of course. But we had to ask 4 times over the course of 40 minutes before they finally came to clean it up so nobody would slip and fall.
After hours of frustration for what should have been a quick and enjoyable lunch, the took off the arepa from the bill and charged me full price for something else. No discount whatsoever after such a horrible experience. We took the service charge off the bill.
Avoid this place at all costs.

Okay , this restaurant is soooo good. We travel from San Francisco to Nicaragua and was staying in Esteli. People that works there are so friendly and helpful and the food was just amazing. Super clean and has beautiful view to Eateli . I’m so glad we went there , but sadly we found this restaurant on the last day of our trip. For sure will come back next time .
Empanadas were great. Ribeye was not the greatest. I asked for medium rare and got well done. To people who like steak rare, not good at all. Also too many flies.
Attention was paid to the making of the diahes and flavours were not lacking. For me.. I am hard broken - expected more. With a small twick, this View Resraurant in Esteli, Nicaragua can and should be the Best in #Esteli.
However, the owners are noted should double check their process, in particupar the steaks. It is also, very possible that, by doing it, could even accomish some savings.
Really, Really good. Pick the Menu - for now, they need to work a little more cloaely on their meat cuts and overall flavor and the different cooking temperatures. Would recommend working with a heat peak oven, to finish steaks.
Probably the longest review, J have left in here. But, it's just killing me that this, unique restaurant is in a position to achieve, possibly, easily, world-recognition, but something in the kitchen is lacking, for now.
Service Impecable.
Exceptional Order of dinning area and Presentation to render a Colombian-type vibe.
Absolutely for a mid-afternoon business meeting turned into dinner and wine.
Congratulations y Fuerte Abrazo a los dueños de este establecimiento y su personal que es dedicado y, claramente capacitado, al servicio con estilo y sentido de presencia.
