We stopped in while walking around for a quick lunch. We ordered from the food line. It was hard to see what the food looked like as the glass was steamed up. I had rice, beans, cole slaw, plantains and pig feet. It was very tasty and the portion of rice and beans was quite generous, but I would not order it again as there was very little meat on the bones - mostly fat and grizzle for what little there was. My wife ordered the fish with rice, beans and cole slaw, which was tasty, but the fish was a little dried out. We would definitely go back, but would be more likely to get the chicken or order something cooked to order. Our food including 2 fuse ice teas came out to $9.50 which is not bad for a good lunch.
Good Tipycal Panamanian Fresh Food made with love everyday. A Family Business with care for their customers.

The food is traditional Panamanian food. It is very good. My wife and I had Panamanian soup, BBQ chicken, rice, plantains, and a green salad. Total was less than $11

Excellent local traditional food in a welcoming open space. Friendly and smiling personnel. Very well prepared dishes : the stews are cooked long enough and everything is seasoned well. What really stands out to me, compared to other restaurants in the area I've been to, is how perfectly the cassava is cooked. Contrary to potato, cassava needs blanching (and then peeling) before frying. Blanch it too little and it ends up having that tough, dry, powdery texture I encounter more often in the surroundings than I would have thought. Here at km35, they get it perfectly right, every time. Lightly fried and crispy on the outside, soft yet resistive texture inside. Yuca perfecta !! Very affordable.
Excellent value. Good local type food for a great price. Somewhat specific meal times. Always friendly.

Family owned restaurant offering Panamanian home cooked variety meals, warm atmosphere and excellent prices. Highly recommend.
When you visit Boquete, or live here, you need to try Km35. This is a typical Panamanian Restaurant.....the food is simple, delicious and inexpensive. You can have a meal of chicken, beans and rice for about $3. The food is nicely seasoned, the chicken is delish and you can sit inside or outdoors and look at the mountains while you enjoy true Panamanian food.
Clean self serve cafeteria type service. No breakfast at 10am in a tourist area is not good. Very few food choices available and sadly, none of it looked palatable

The food was excellent and a value at $7 a meal. Outside covered patio seating was nice but then we were eating about 8:30 p.m.
