We just walked in for the first time as we were tourist from the UK, even though lunch was over, they did accommodate us. The boss was really nice, came over to ensure we got what we ordered. The food was worth the price. I loved the Octopus Salad. Red wine was very tasty. I will visit again when I am back in the area.

I'd like to share my personal feedback on Novo 10. While I usually avoid giving negative feedback, I want to ensure others don't encounter the same issues. My family and I dined there tonight. The meat was mediocre, the bread stale, and the chips cold. My soup arrived after everyone else had finished eating, followed by a T-bone steak that was extremely dry and smelled bad. Despite being hungry, I couldn't swallow it due to the smell and dryness. I politely informed the manager, who offered to replace the steak, but I declined due to feeling ill from the odor. They insisted on recooking it, but I refused. However, the steak remained on the bill, with no gesture of apology such as removing it or offering a complimentary coffee. They invited us back, but after this experience, I won't return. I feel compelled to leave a review to inform others that the quality and service at Novo 10 have significantly declined.

Salmon is over-salted (was changed to another one). Escalope with mushrooms had hairs in it (not eaten and excluded from the bill). Only thanks to the man who took care of the situation and even offered a free dessert (I did not take it). Cook takes food with dirty hands without gloves. I waited for the food for about 1 hour, and the bill for 15 minutes. I extremely do not recommend this restaurant.

Extremely friendly and attentive staff. The food is absolutely delicious and generously served. We had the tradicional "choco frito" and the "açorda de marisco". Right temperature, not oily and very good taste.
Cosy atmosphere and menu with la lot of seafood items. Highly recommended.
