Yes, I had a rib eye and it was delicious. A bit fatty otherwise great. The mashed potatoes also stood out. Real chill place, the staff were attentive as well Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This is our favorite restaurant in Nicaragua. The best meal at the best price. Love their lemonade too! You can't go wrong with Carnivoro!
We waited 45 minutes with no other customers in the restaurant. Appetizers came out at the same time as the main course. Ceviche shrimp were slimy, medium rare ribeye steak was seared on the outside and cold to the touch on the inside. They were gracious enough to let us go with an eight dollar bill when we refused to eat. Fingers crossed for a lack of dysentery. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
I went to the restaurant a few years ago with my wife. The food was amazing, so on our anniversary this year we were really excited to get the same experience. The prices are expensive but it was a special occasion. We were in shock! To start with the waiter just did not care or knows nothing about restaurant service. He was very cold towards us. The food. Three pieces of ice in our hot sodas. My wife asked for well done steak, it was rare. She sent it back and by the time her food arrived back at the table my food was cold. Vegetables tasted like they were boiled in water. I could go on and on but why waste my time talking about a lost treasure.

I've only had the burgers but mine was delicious. They use home-made buns (I think they may be from pan y paz, which is also excellent) and the meat was both perfectly seasoned and cooked. Food-born illness is a big concern for me so the fact that I didn't have to ask them to cook it thoroughly was appreciated. Hard to make a juicy burger that is also cooked all the way through but they nailed it.

Amazing food and good prices. Generous portion and well-rounded meal Had 5 boys waiting on me (granted I was the only customer for the most part). Service was top notch and the steak was the juiciest I’ve had in a while! Def recommend - the chimmichurri sauce is to die for!
Went here for our last dinner in Nicaragua so felt like treating ourselves a little. So very impressed! 1. The waiter who obviously spoke English very well was extremely patient with me trying to speak Spanish 2. He recommended a great bottle of wine from Chile for only $11 which is a very reasonable price for such a nice wine in Nicaragua 3. The meat was so incredible I doubt I'll ever eat this quality meat ever again, certainly not this portion size for this price. 4. The espressos didn't look great but tasted great anyway, the only flaw I could find was that the one little piece of broccoli in my otherwise delicious veggies was undercooked. Well if that's the only flaw I'd say this restaurant is very close to perfect. People if you have something to celebrate, or just want to treat yourself because life is too short, have dinner here! We highly recommend the churrasco traditional with a lovely red wine from Chile.

The waiters were curt to the point of being rude, lacked any basic courtesies and messed around. My medium steak came out raw so was sent back and came back just about rare, again with no apologies and everything else was cold. They then asked if I wanted to add a $4 tip on a $14 meal.No thanks.
nice service (even though we waited 15 min for our drinks - beer and water), good food and one of the best "tres leches" I ever had. the cocktails are nice even though they couldn't make me a Macuá. I have been there 3 times in 2 weeks and they didn't buy the missing ingredient in that time. I then got it in Managua...
