We visited this restaurant on recommendation from our friends. It looks pretty from the outside and has nice cozy interior. The service was friendly but food was a little disappointing. All dishes tasted just Ok, but not as one could expect from the authentic Ukrainian cuisine. They have all the traditional Ukrainian dishes on the menu and we tried only few classics like borsch and golubtci and both were not the best. It was recommended to us by a friend and we were very happy. Nice to look at from the outside, close to the park, and also made to be typical of the country inside. Food was very good, lots of choice of starters, main courses and bedside tables. And it was cheap too. Waitresses very friendly. Gladly again and to be recommended.

Wow! The food is amazing! I had small grilled fish (roasted crucians carps with crispy crust) and some roasted home-made potato with salo (bacon fat) and roasted onions. That with beer (Perscha pryvatna brovarania Bochkove) was the best meal in Kiev on these sommer days!

Its a very nice ambient but waiters are very slow and they don’t speak English. Prices are reasonable and food was tasty.

Nice restaurant in an area that doesn’t have many so it’s a nice find. Seated quickly and didn’t wait long for food.
