If you want to remember Cooperative feminie TILILA d'huile d'argane, come to this restaurant first. Enjoy Fusion cuisine at Nomade. Most guests recommend trying perfectly cooked lamb, sardine and chicken. Eating tasty pudding, chocolate mousse and che is a pleasant experience here. Great lemonade, juice or coffee are what may make you come back to this place. Musicians perform live music in the evening. The well-trained staff welcomes people all year round. The cool service is something these restaurateurs care about. Democratic prices are what you will pay for your meal. The modern decor and exotic atmosphere let visitors feel relaxed here. As for the Google rating, this spot got 4.1.

My first ever negative review. I am generally a fan of Essaouira and its restaurants. Hence this, my seventh holiday visit. The menu at Nomade looks attractive but my experience was terrible. I seated myself on the open 4th floor top deck. I was the only customer. The waiter appeared. I asked both in English and French what was the soup of the day (I like fish soup). He disappeared ostensibly to find out. A whole 15 minutes later he re-appeared with a bowl of (?) carrot soup that I had not ordered. I declined that and pointed to the two items of the menu that I wanted and told him in both English and French what I wanted. The crab starter eventually arrived (There was no real sign of the tomato coulis on my plate). The monkfish main course never did. I waited and waited and waited then left after 90 minutes. When I descended to the ground floor the waiter and cook looked non-plussed that I wanted more than one course. I left hungry and went elsewhere. Maybe I had stand-in staff but it spoilt my evening on my limited stay and valuable time in Essaouira and you risk the same fate. Hence, with regret, my post. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was out of this world. Loved every single dish. You could feel that it was the best quality and prepared with so much love by chef Shafik. The service was friendly and I’m convinced this place is set to take off 💥 Thanks so much for the wonderful experience!

Un lugar muy singular. Situado en una calle estrecha y transversal a la principal de la Medina. Tienen una cocina marroquí modernizada pero muy rica. Todo te lo hacen al momento. Muy recomendable.

Chakif and the whole team were more than friendly. Awesome hosts, that’s why we felt very comfortable. The dishes were smothering special, you don’t get them in Essaouira like that and they tasted deliciously. It was a great combination savory and sweet food. Also a nice interior design with focus on details. Highly recommended and I will come back, when I am in Essaouira again.

The place is very beautiful yet the food is not as good as it seems. Very very small portions, the taste is also 3/5 stars. Won’t come here again. The best out of all we had was cauliflower. Cheese plate very stinky but maybe someone would enjoy (aged goat cheese) :)) service was quick and nice, the owner is also very sweet, he tries hard and we give wish him good luck!

Fresh local ingredients with updated inventive Moroccan dishes from the London trained chef. Reasonably priced for a higher end tourist restaurant with better quality food than the standard tourist fare.

Amazing food, good prices, friendly staff. Pleasure eating here. The food was flavourful and felt like good authentic Moroccan food, done well. I had a mezze platter with some beutiful hummus, tapenade and olives followed by cauliflower roasted in spices with couscous. The flavours were beautiful through out, vegetables cooked to perfection & presentation enticing. Wasn't able to have dessert this time but they looked heavenly! Thanks for looking after us at our visit 😊

Poor menu, bad quality of food, horrible service (you are supposed to count how much you pay yourself). The dish on the picture is full, I have not eaten a piece (small)
