Wahnsinn, wie lecker es hier war! Das Restaurant ist unscheinbar, aber echt Spitzenklasse. Es gibt eine Tageskarte, keinen Standard. Das machte Mut. Wir hatten jeder ein Fricassee, einmal Ouassous (eine Garnelenart) und einmal Chatrou (Oktopus). Sehr lecker und ein absoluter Tipp. Dss Ambieist fein und zurückhaltend, eher gemütlich. Je n ai passé que boire un verre avec des amis qui découvre la Guadeloupe. Mais nous y retournerons pour y manger. Nous y sommes très très.
