Lovely little cafe perfect for a pit stop when walking around the national Forrest. Food was cheap (most dishes under €10) and tasted absolutely phenomenal. I can personally recommend the potato pancakes. Service was quick. Multiple seating options both inside and out. I honestly cannot recommend this cafe enough. If you find yourself within the local area, perhaps after catching the cable car across, then I would definitely suggest it and give it a go. Interesting bistro and minimarket in one. The food variety is sufficient and the portions are just huge! Also very delicious and tasty. I will remember this cheese-mushroom pork chop for a long time.

Delicious, simple food for a cheap price! Great place for a lunch while sightseeing the area. Not the most coziest place (the indoors of the place are quite simple) but the good food saves from that fact. I ate the tomato soup which was super tasty. I can recommend the place!

Rude lady, talk to the customer like they're stray dogs. If you hate your life, it's not my problem. I feel sorry for her son, who is a very polite young man and that clearly feels embarrassed with the way his mom talks to the people coming to their business. If you can eat somewhere else, do it. This is a combination of a cafe and small supermarket. After a hike I had Solyanka soup here which was pretty tasty. After that I bought a cold bottle of water and a snickers in the store. In The Netherlands the fact that it is a remote location with a lot of thirsty people around would be exploited to the fullest and they would ask 2 or 2.50 euro minimum for cooled water, but here it was only 50 cents (this is cheaper than for example at the train station). I find this rather sympathetic. 5 out of 5 stars.

Very convenient location after hiking around the cablecar area for a while, I was excited to find this place and take a noce break. Hostess is very sweet. At this time of the year, there are not many tourists and the place was empty, it was just me. Food came quickly. Loved tomato soup. Didn't like potato pancakes that much, it was too oily for me.
