love the porch here and all the kinds of good food and drink they have here. they got burgers, pizza, chicken sandwiches, sausage biscuits (although they are always out of stock because of how good they are, at least when i go there) and more, also the boiled peanuts are good and they take all kinds of payment so that's never an issue. overall great place they just better keep those sausage biscuits in stock all day

Pretty good store to go to has a lot of drink options has a beer cave, steaks cooked n uncooked pizza. Lottery alot of gas pumps, a vacuum, car wash, hot food, shakes, wine, beer. Clean bathrooms most of the time and everyone is real nice. They do have a Wells Fargo ATM located in the parking lot eye place inside where you can order your food on a screen and have it cooked for you they have an outdoor seating area with TVs where you can drink alcohol I don't really care for the food there it just doesn't fit my taste. All in all really nice gas station I go to it'll probably be one that also be one that remains on Daniel's Island also

This place is fantastic for so many reasons, but it really comes down to the people that work here. Their hard work and dedication and care for the store, plus the relationships they build with guests, including regulars like myself are what make this place special. I honestly look forward to going down here every day for my soda and having a moment to say hello. While the kids that come here hardly ever clean up after themselves 🤣, the store staff does a great job of keeping this place clean for all of us. The patio has plenty of covered tables where you can sit and chat with others or watch the town go by. They have a fresh food kitchen which is always seeing a lot of customers during the lunch hours. You can buy a beer in their store and sit there on the patio and drink it if you like. There is an outdoor fireplace to keep you warm during the colder months.

Clean but slow long lines. Cool that you can sit there and drink and I guess the employees can vape and work at the same time, pretty gross.

Wow. That's all I can say. Convenience store that allows casual sitting and enjoying the rain storm that is passing. So pleasant and polite! Great stop!

Courtney that was working at 4:30 at the front on 11/1 was extremely rude. Didn’t look up from her phone to ask if I needed help. When I ask for instructions on how to put for the lotto she just looked at me (I don’t normally pay). As someone that works in a gas station that sells lotto tickets she should be more knowledgeable. I’ve never had issues before today at the gas station for other services (food, gas etc). Usually everyone is super nice. Was not expecting this level of attitude and poor service. I left so frustrated that I didn’t buy tickets and told her she was being rude. Won’t stop here again for lotto tickets, especially if she continues to work there.

The LGBT culture is strong here and you couldn't ask for a more friendly and helpful staff! The huge store is spotless and the employees clearly take pride in their work. Mt Pleasant Refuel employees should take a lesson on how a proper store should be run. They were once great, but have gone downhill. This store will be my go-to from now on!

Never understood the love for gas stations till I started eating at Refuel. Buffalo Chicken Pizza is outstanding for cost. Went weeks in a row grabbing lunch here. Staff is great and selection of beer is beyond normal gas stations! Car wash is also best in DI

I’ve been a Refuel gas & car wash customer for last couple of years. Monthly car wash club sounds great but in the last couple of months service horrible. Either wash out of soap, wax or broken. In addition Refuel changed system to read license plate that allows you to receive wash. This sounds great but half the time it only reads part of your plate & generally a car is right behind you that you have to just drive through without a wash. Last 2 times I sat in line for 1/2 hour only to have machine not read my plate correctly. No car wash for me. Tried calling number they have posted next to building with no success. Tried calling inside station & reached recording. Station extremely busy so I’m sure it doesn’t matter if a customer or two such as I aren’t satisfied. However I’m sure others are seeing the decline in service as I am.
