Great place if you appreciate good quality burgers. This place is located in the Harford Mall with entrances from the exterior and the interior of the mall. The place was clean and spacious. The server was very nice, and the food came pretty quickly. All the food we ordered was very good. I ordered a double burger, which was very good. So good! Food was hot and fresh! My waitress was amazing! She recommend the blue drink and it was good too! I def would come back when I come to this mall! And it’s not crowded. It’s a must yall try the bone in island wangs and the scorpio burger. The burgers are delicious and cheap. The fries aren't too great but they're bottomless. As one of the few places with flavorful campfire sauce, you can't complain! They often forget to include the sauce when you order to-go so just make sure you check before you leave the store. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

We were sat very fast even though we had 15 people in our party and the restaurant was fairly busy. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. The food was very good although that is not unusual for this place. I will say I had the burnt ends bacon burger and it was really good. The fries were a little under cooked but just a little. Service was prompt and friendly, but food was all cooked poorly. The wife’s salad was missing a key ingredient, avocado. Also the chicken on her salad was over cooked and rubbery, my burger came with an over cooked poached egg on top, no runny yolk, and my son’s chicken tenders were also over cooked. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY.. Reach out to you, so you can work towards turning things around for me? Last I checked, I wasn’t the problem. Your kitchen & food quality control is. The servers were kind attentive and amazing. But what was not in their hands was the food. My mother and I ordered the Brussels sprouts appetizer and the entire day our stomachs were completely hurting. While we did have entrees we knew it was the app when, well, unfortunately to say we kept burping up the taste of it. Gross but honestly that only tells me we were served old food. I’m honestly a little weary to return. The Brussels seemed very overcooked and I think now it was to hide their age. Hopefully rotation of food can be better in the future. Service was sooo slow, I blame the kitchen from what the staff told us. Kitchen sending out food looked busy but it was a hot mess. Each meal hit the table as it was ready. 20 min between the first and last one arriving at our table. That was 37 min after ordering burgers. No reason for that and they were not even full. 1 entree came out cold with old and cold fries. Rest of the fries were hot but "endless fries" refills took forever. Servers and runners were polite and apologized but they could only do so much. Been going here since I was a kid. It has always had consistiently good food. My only gripe is that I believe they've changed the decor inside, and I think it looked better before. Placed an order for delivery thru the website It was paid thru the website. The drink was not delivered. When well called and spoke with Holly we were told we had to contact doordash since they delivered the order. I requested a refund and was told we still needed to contact doordash. RR billed our card not doordash. Why do i need to contact doordash for my refund? Why are we the customer responsible for contacting a 3rd party to get a refund on drink? The drink could have just as easily not been placed with the order for pickup? Instead of standing by the customer who put faith in them and paid for product they chose to devalue their customer base take their money for nothing. There are better choices out there and better customer service. Do not give me “policy” when you have my money and I have nothing to show for it and then try to make it my responsibility to chase down a refund thru a service that did not take our money.
