This was an unfortunate time here. We usually have a decent visit, good food and the atmosphere seems uplifting. Well tonight was not that night at all. They specialized a few big tables over the smaller ones and the food showed it. The service was ok she tried. When we got the food it was warm at most but the fries were hot so that's a plus. I ordered the scorpion and it was a mess. I tried to not complain the waitress insisted to get the Manager. I was at the point I was already done with the place. All I know is whoever was cooking today needs to go find a different job. They don't care and serve trash. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Been here several times over the last 3 years and EVERY time the service has been excellent. My husband and I stay away from eating red meat and their chicken and fish sandwiches are sooooo good. Especially the cod sandwich- so much YUM. Decent enough beer selection, good margaritas and a nice happy hour during the week! Love RR Tavern Burgers. Great price, tasty, and plenty of food. We weren't impressed the first 2 times we visited RR Surprise AZ, but this time, it was exceptional. The manager stopped by our table, which was a nice gesture. Friendly atmosphere and great food. We come here after almost all of our daughters' school performances and it has become somewhat of a tradition. Love that we have fries right away, the ranch is yummy and the servers have always been great. We will continue to dine here! Went in for lunch and took my dad in for the first time and they didn't miss!!! Royal, me Whiskey River Chicken, dad Garlic Fries, me Regular, dad Cheddar Fondue made in heaven, delivered to our table and the devil watched us enjoy it! Seriously though, it was THE perfect experience that we'll never forget! From the hostess with the mostess, to the waitress, to the Cook and everyone in-between - everything was awesome! I'll be honest I do not like Red Robin. Every time I've visited one of these restaurants, I've had a bad experience. I only went to Red Robin today because I was gifted a gift card. I went in with low expectations. I was very impressed how the manager was greeting customers and stopped by to ask us if we needed anything and how everything was. Our server had about 5 other tables in her section but still checked on us. She was very pleasant and helpful. I get it. It's only a Red Robin, but let's not forget that people spend their time and money when there are so many other places we can choose from. I think I will be visiting the Surprise location again. Went here for dinner with 2 family members. It was not that busy we were seated right away. We ordered our food and it was downhill from there. One of my party asked for a knife to cut a burger as NO utensils were provided at the table. It took 4 ask to get one. The "Endless Fry's" were less than 10 Fry's on my plate and a promise of more that never happened. The drink glass were empty more than they were full. Went with friends - everyone's food good - 3 different burgers and 1 very good-looking salad. Service okay but checking out on self serve machine had problems. Had my favorite today for a late lunch. Bonzai Burger and fries. I asked for the teriyaki sauce to be light, and it came out just like I asked. My only complaint would be - the fries were mostly all small and not very hot. Also, my server took a long time to get me my bill.
