Red ribbon is the so good I love their chocolate slice cakes! We got a mango supreme cake and it was so delicious! Expect a line most day and be patient, I noticed a lot of reviews taking about bad costumer service but they seem to just be really busy accommodating orders rather than actually being "rude" just keep that in mind.

Dear owner, tell your employees like Monica and her friends that if they are going to order delivery and stiff the driver, 1star reviews will start coming in droves. I feel like you should know your employees are low class. I would want to know.
Never buy their triple chocolate roll cake, you will surely regret. Buy their chocolate real cake, it is the best.
The store manager at Red Ribbon Mira Mesa branch was very rude and has a very bad costumer service . Her name is Cassandra C. She raised her voice telling me she can't change my online order . I decided to cancel my online order and just place a new one . She was annoyed and her voice was loud telling me that it takes 7-10 days to process my refund .I can see how annoyed she was while taking my new order . I am very disappointed with the way she communicated with me. Im not insisting or forcing her to change my order and she could have a better way to handle the situation. So Cassandra C , if you hate your job then QUIT, your title as store manager does not suit you and your bad attitude !!
