I’ve been ordering from here since they started in a hut far far away from city centre. As an Asian person with considerable amount of ramen eating experience, I can say that this is as close as you can get to being authentic in Lviv. I’ve tried the rest and this is what I go with these days. Have a go, if you don’t like a topping ask them to exclude it. I’m pretty sure you will agree that this is the best in Lviv.
