Lots of empty booths to sit in and asked for a booth to be more comfortable…had to threaten to leave before we were finally given a booth. Salads never came but instead of a refund we were told we had to pick another side. Out of mac & cheese from kids menu, and had to pay full price just to get a small size of their regular mac & cheese. My daughter ordered the shrimp bowl and it was so nasty. I just tasted a small bite and now can’t get rid of a “chemical” like taste in my mouth. My steak was well done and not medium. My mashed potatoes were cold. The Dr Pepper has to be changed out and still tasted like water. Worst experience ever and no discounts were even offered. Spent over $200 for a horrible birthday meal. Never again! Last night was our first time ever eating at Red Lobster. The food was delicious and the staff was all nice. They were having a hard time keeping the biscuits so the wait for that took a little while, but that wasn't a big deal to us (they were as delicious as we have heard). The bathrooms were clean. There's not much around here for seafood. I thought we would eat somewhere we haven't eaten at for a while. Our server Josh was awesome and took great care of us. The food was good, and what we expected from the chain. We got there an hour or so before close, and it was not very crowded, but they sat the 4 parties there in a cluster. 12/19/23 pretty good. Merry Christmas. 8.3.23 better 4 🌟 Ultimate isn't very big but it was cooked. Waitress wonderful girl. than 3 months ago. ---- 2 ✨ 3 months ago, 2 of us had the ultimate feast and side salad . I have to say, it's one of the worst meals yet. Pastc3 years, it's getting worse. Undercooked, watery oozing liquid, it was bad. I told our girl waitress about it, Shiny raw. Halfway ate the tail. Everything was awful even the biscuits and I always loved them. It was a no so I guess I won't choose it anymore. Sad about it. Restaurant table and chairs dirty. Prices went up and the quality went ROCK BOTTOM. Look how liquid is oozing. The lobster was very good! My gf had wild caught crab legs which were delicious as well! The biscuits... can't say enough about them. I had the vanilla bean cheesecake which was so amazingly delicious 😋 The waiter was a really nice guy and kept up with any of our needs. I will certainly go back for more! It was very good. We were greeted and seated right away. The waiter was extremely helpful (she said thank you alot). Our food turned out absolutely perfect. I ordered the cajun chicken linguini and it was amazing. I didn't like that that the salt/pepper shakers were grinders, that takes forever. The waiter made sure our drinks were always full and we had a basket of bread at all times. It was a great visit and I will be back and highly recommend.

We were there for lunch on November 29th. We were traveling with a fairly large tractor on a trailer. The server was so nice. They let us park this in their lot. The service was awesome and the food was great. The next time that we are traveling thru this area, we will definitely stop here again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
