My Mom and I went for lunch today and had the Endless Shrimp... It was incredible! The Crispy Dragon and Tequila Lime Shrimp were delicious; and the Scampi was as usual. 😋🍤 Service was excellent; our server, Lisa, was friendly and attentive. The wait for seating was 30-40 MINUTES long for this Saturday. It appears that this establishment need to hire more chefs and more waiters. However the food we had this evening was very good. Also, management should have someone to clean up the the front area where customers enter to request a table. They had a bottle of water turned over on the floor by the stand that you come to make reservations and there were discarded pieces of paper that both customers and their employees just ignored on the floor too. Therefore more attention to the environment will make things more appealing. today was my first day at red lobster in a very long time. Food was very good , came out in a timely manner. Justin was out server he did such an awesome job. Ms Lillie came by and ask was we okay . The food was good. The Cheddar Biscuits were very good because they were fresh out of the oven. Service took a little while due to a shortage of staff. Would recommend. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Well, the wait was long but we had enough people in our group that we past most of the waiting time by talking and laughing. The waiter kept giving us the information about our food, and the food started coming and everybody got what they ordered. We enjoyed ourselves and the food was great. We waited 10 minutes at the front door with nobody coming to greet or seat us. It was a slow day so I was confused as to why it took so long for EVERYTHING. Then when got our food, it was cold and burned and the lobster was tough. There was a sign at the door that advertised a special. Once we got the bill, we were told that special was for the previous day. Also, the sign states that if the server doesn't mention a suggested app or drink, it would be free. But that was also false. Even after our complaints, nothing was adjusted or suggested to make the situation right. We spent 134 dollars on food that we barely ate and I doubt our dogs will either. The worst experience I've ever had at a red lobster. We got there just before 3pm. Hardly anyone eating in the restaurant so we thought that we would get fast service. Nope we were there 2.5 hours.we had to ask for a refill of the UNLIMITED biscuits 5 times to get 1 refill.our food was not brought all together. The side dishes were brought out after we finished the main dish. The table that we were sat at was not clean. It was sticky, wet and food stuck to it. Our waiter was very sweet and apologetic. Not even sure it’s worth the 2 star. Awful service, wasn’t even busy inside and they seemed overwhelmed. Specs of dirt in my ice, mussels were dry as if they’d been sitting out a while and didn’t taste good either. Lobster was ok. Dirty atmosphere, tables left uncleaned the entire time my family ate. I’ve worked in restaurants and it all comes down to management. A good manager is bussing tables, food running, giving refills etc when the team is overwhelmed. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Red Lobster located in Florence was the worst experience! Customer service was not great took them almost 30/40 minutes to be even talk to a host to be seated. Food was slightly cold especially the lobster tail. Red Lobster needs a makeover . The ceiling looks awful and the walls needs attention. I was afraid something would fall in my food.
