This restaurant and The Butterfly Palace can be both really attractive for tourists. Eating good shrimp scampi, salmon and cheese salads is what a number of guests advise. Today they were out of salads, no broccoli, and had a few baked potatoes. Since they didn’t have any of my preferred veggies, had a chowder (only received 3 spoonfuls compared to the bisque which my friend had that was a full bowl). Ordered the Endless shrimp. Very salty. Outstanding as usual. A great place to eat in Branson. The bar is great and the atmosphere is a typical Red Lobster experience. Outstanding without breaking the bank. Clean and updated and the service was just perfect. Great job guys! I went for the unlimited shrimp promotion, and unfortunately, only a couple of shrimp options were good. One type was way too salty, another bland, and one had too much pasta to shrimp ratio. I had mashed potatoes as my side, and they were cold and flavorless. The server was great, though, and I switched to the 2 types of shrimp that were good and just didn't eat the mashed potatoes. Sunday after church. Place not very busy. Took a little long to greet us at the front door. We requested booth . Dead lobster would not accommodate us. Seemed a little strange since not very crowded. We visited Branson Red Lobster our anniversary weekend dinner because my husband wanted lobster. We were seated fairly quickly. My husband ordered the Big Feast and the lobster seemed considerably smaller than what was advertised. I ordered the Endless Shrimp with a steak the shrimp was delicious but unfortunately I was not going to be able to eat all of it. I asked our waitress if we could downgrade it to the $20 shrimp bundled seeing as I never asked for anymore shrimp. The waitress said she didn’t think we could downgrade but she would ask. I did hear her ask and I also heard the manager say no they could not BUT my waitress never came back to let me know.. During our stay in Branson we also received a coupon booklet and even though $2 off $120 meal doesn’t make a big difference I just wanted to put the coupon to use. We handed it to the waitress and she told me she didn’t think they would accept the coupon but would ask. The manager then came to our table and informed us that they didn’t accept the coupons and they were placed inside the booklet without Red Lobster consent but she would still take the $2 off our meal. I continually let her know she didn’t have to and that it was not a big deal. Lastly, while we were there for almost an hour my waitress never refilled my sweet tea nor did she give me a lemon I requested. The brownie desert was PHENOMENAL though. We went for the unlimited shrimp deal but found out it is 25 dollars each so wifey did something different. Our server was very nice but seems he was the cookie as well. Which made long waits in between extra shrimp. So long that I gave up on getting full because of the time it took to get more. I’d been eating there till next morning. Beautiful clean restaurant. Waitress very polite and efficient. Food was fresh and properly prepared. Manager checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Very pleasant experience. We had a great server, but our order was completely messed up. Never have we been given the totally wrong order. Then, instead of just leaving it and charging for what we ordered, they took it away, threw it away and made us wait, and wait. They brought us our our baked potatoes but no meal with it. So when our meals showed up our potatoes were cold. The clams on my hubbys Admiral feast was over cooled and tough. Not happy campers at all. BTW .. it was not busy at all.
