I’ve never had my cheese string out like this before. It is so amazing good. The perfect amount of sauce and toppings. The crust thin to desired texture and crisp and crunch. So good. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Easily one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The pizza may as well have been sitting in a puddle of water it was so soggy, the crust had completely disintegrated. The sauce was non existent and had no flavor at all. Toppings were run of the mill. Fried zucchini was terrible, mushy, bland, and over cooked. Waste of money, and it was way overpriced. How this place has 4 stars is beyond me. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My margarita pizza was uneven, too crisp in places, sauce was rather flavorless, cheese was exceedingly scarce. It was ok until it cooled off but even my not at all picky bf thought it was pretty bad. The booths tables were too close and sticky. The tables were just sticky. My purse got goo on it from hanging on the back of a chair. Would not return or recommend. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Although I enjoy the food at Rays, however I will point out that I’ve not been here in a bit and it seems that their tomato sauce seems extra bland. However I’ve also noticed that they are now nickel and diming you on extras added to their pizza on the counter top. For example I got a slice of white with tomato slices and a slice with mushroom pepperoni and sausage. Each topping was an additional 65 cents. Furthermore they want tips on top of that. I would say though, that the two slices of plain with a coke is still decent value of $7.95. Otherwise a large plain pie is almost 22 bucks. We are new to the area so are on the hunt for a favorite pizza place. Ray’s Pizza did not disappoint. We ordered two medium (15 inch) pizzas for our group. They were ready in a relatively short period of time and were piping hot and tasty. We ate at the restaurant, where they also serve both soda and beer. We were all happy with our meals, and will not hesitate to make another trip to Rays. One small observation though … next time, we will request that they use a little more sauce on our selection. We came in a little after 8pm, and ordered a pizza to dine in. We barely get our pizza which honestly was really good by the way, but they start mopping the floor with Fabuloso and it was so strong we couldn't even taste our pizza -- and it's only 8:20pm!! They don't close until 9pm and the smell basically ran us out of there. We decided to eat in our vehicle. Apparently they were in such a hurry to get out of there and did not care that we were in the middle of eating. Super disappointing Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Authentic East Coast-style pizza, complete with the no-nonsense attitude characteristic of pizza joints back home. The familiar vibe, reminiscent of the East Coast, added a touch of nostalgia to my experience. This isn't your pizza hut pizza! It is authentic Italian style hand tossed, the toppings are always plentiful. You are always greeted when entering the restaurant. We have their Monster pizza but we added olives, mushroom & green peppers on their original crust. I love their sauce & their toppings are wonderful. It's a medium size place with tables & booths it's always clean & they are very polite & courteous. When we are in Surprise & in the mood for a great pizza this is our families choice. They have many other menu items wings, salads, sandwiches, pasta dishes and desserts, plus free drink refills. So if your in the mood for pizza give them a try you won't be disappointed.

By the slice or the pie, thin crust or thick...and all the best toppings you can think of. Cold beer on tap and a nice clean seating area...or just pick up and take it home as most do. Outstanding service and fantastic pizza!...oh yeah...prices are pretty good as well. Not in the mood for pizza?..they have wings, spaghetti and meatballs... manicotti, lasagna...yes the yummies!!
