We were warmly welcomed right when they opened for breakfast in the morning and man was it good if you're looking for a spot that opens before others around it and something delicious I would go. The waitress was awesome welcoming us and making us feel like valued customers instead of tourists. The breakfast sandwiches we had were amazing and the eggs Benedict with salmon was one of the best breakfast things I've ever tried. They have happy hour from 8am to 11pm don't quote me on that but the mezcalita that we had was awesome for a little brunch. Orange juice was fresh squeezed oranges and the coffee that we had was all fresh and made exactly to order the whole meal had nothing to complain about I 100% recommend.

Service is fast, staff is friendly and they even ask for your food preferences. The drinks are amazing and not overpriced! The place might look average from the outside but once you get inside it is amazing

Nice breakfast this morning. They did a veggie burrito which wasn’t on the menu and came with the most delicious potatoes. Had the mango and passion fruit yogurt with granola (it’s actually a smoothie bowl so just a heads up as that’s not what I interpreted from the menu). Was nice though.

I had the pleasure of dining at Raw Bar in Isla Mujeres around 3 pm, taking advantage of their happy hour on cocktails during the low season in early December. The ambiance was serene with minimal crowds, allowing for a pleasant dining experience. The service stood out, with attentive waitstaff, and a thoughtful visit from the chef to inquire about our satisfaction with the meal.
Raw Bar skillfully combines Asian flavors with Mexican influences, creating a delightful fusion. The menu showcases a diverse array of dishes, but I would suggest reconsidering the rice base for the short rib tacos, as it somewhat overshadowed the rich flavors of the protein.
Despite this minor suggestion, the overall dining experience was commendable, and the prices are justified by the exceptional quality of the cuisine. Raw Bar certainly offers a unique and satisfying culinary journey that is worth exploring.

We were looking to eat at Fish and Gin but they were closed. A local sitting out front told us to go around the corner to Rawbar as it is related. I'm so glad we took his advice. We love Fish and Gin and got the same vibe here. The shrimp ceviche appears the same. Again, one of the best I've had anywhere. We also had the veggie spring rolls which were incredibly good. Should also mention the guacamole. It's a couple of steps above most places. I definitely recommend this place as one of the best eating establishments on the island.

10/10 restaurant in Isla Mujeres (dare I say all of Q. Roo state) The food, service, restaurant, atmosphere were all top tier. The food was extremely fresh with big portions. The drinks were strong and flavorful. What I loved the most was how CLEAN the restaurant was. I have never seen something like this.
I recommend RAW BAR to everyone. Please ensure to read the ingredients and alert your server of any allergies. The staff is extremely kind and attentive. They all went above and beyond. I will definitely return.
This is also close to the ferry so it is in an ideal location. You cannot miss it.

We had a phenomenal dinner at Raw Bar. We started with Pescado del Dia and Edamame. The edamame was not your traditional take, it was elevated and bursting with flavor. The ceviche was delicious and fresh. The complimentary chips and salsa were a nice touch as well.
We also enjoyed the Raw Bar Roll and the Ahi Tuna entree. The sushi was made to perfection and not overly riced, allowing the fresh fish to be the star of the dish. The Ahi Tuna was amazing with just the thinest seared crust on the outside and the potatoes that accompanied it, were so good. I think it was rosemary and sea salt, whatever it was it was a delicious combination.
Our service was excellent: friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!
