This Ralph's store restores the joy back into grocery shopping. The place is immaculate. It is always well stocked and the aisles are clear of restocking boxes. Plus, the late night employees are just as nice as can be. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We are fans and long time Ralph’s/Kroger’s shoppers and know about apps, digital deals and regular sales, but for sure we did not appreciate this Ralph’s today. We really had to scrutinize our bill since the system didn’t recognize the five or more mix/match deal that gives you a dollar off for each item. First, the cashier was trying to say that I had to use the app and scan the coupon, these were not those type of items. Then we didn’t appreciate the manager’s attitude saying go ahead and give them the discount because he didn’t have the “time” to go and check each item… like we were wrong ! I went myself and took pictures of the items on sale. Wow, come on staff, keep your shelves and the system pricing up to date!

I love this store is very close to home. I had never experienced such a great environment and cleaning in departments is fabulous. Thank you Ralph's because everytime I need something your here to help me out. 💪😁 Happy Holidays and God Bless all the employees and the store too 😁🙏

I get excellent customer service most of the time. Everyone from the produce department to the cashier, almost everyone is courteous, welcoming, and friendly. Definitely something people would expect from their neighborhood grocery store! I love this grocery store because it has a lot of healthy options like gluten free products, organic options, and they have an entire aisle for protein bars and healthy snacks! I go here for almost everything I need for our weekly meals. I'm a loyal customer for sure.

Most expensive grocery store in the area by far! But I do like the bakery and the produce...

One employee was wearing a mask in contradiction to the signs posted on the door requiring masks. Half of the produce was locked down at 8:45 pm.

Employees don't do anything to help and just coast buy. It is better to do self check out for this reason and then there are only two single single person bathroom. Why not make both of them all gender since it is one person only. This place is a dump.
