Myself and a co-worker employed a few doors down from Rally's stop there three/four times a week after work, we provide them with monetary gain constantly. A few weeks ago we stopped by after work and went through the drive through and was completely annoyed by an older male working @ Rally's. My friend made a funny comment to the talking animated voice regarding our order and it was a simple comment stating that we are trying to talk here and can you stop interrupting us. The older employee makes nasty and rude comments to us down grading us with negative recourse. It was a machine that is always talking while your in your car talking to each other, my friend said nothing rude, negative or harmful towards a computer voice system. The rude older gentleman working at the window began making negative and disrespectful comments regarding the statement to the computer and continued to downgrade us in the car. This older gentleman should not be working in an environment where he has to deal with customers. We have stopped going to Rally's on 31 by pass. I can only wonder why anyone would eat there again. I suggest that you by pass that location and find another source of fulfillment when looking for a pleasant atmosphere to buy a simple burger.
