I am a loyal customer of Raising Cane. I’ve been to this location many times and I’m in love with your chicken fingers. However, it’s so disappointed when I did a take out order tonight. The size of chicken fingers was way smaller than usual, even one of them is the same size as your actual finger. They’re all look thinner unexpectedly and I feel like the Raising Cane is cheating on their customer. I used to love this place so much therefore that’s was really sad.

Great food as always. Unfortunately, the late night greeter on the microphone just isn't friendly and comes across as unhappy and doesn't care. Minus 1 star. There are plenty of other options for eating chicken nearby.

The best chicken tenders I’ve ever had! I ordered take out five combo boxes and one chicken sandwich combo with drinks, the food was still steaming and extremely delicious when I got home. The cashier and staff are very friendly, helpful, and compassionate. The store manager Ben is very professional and responsible. The service was outstanding! We’ve been to different locations in our area but, this by far was the best! We’ll definitely be coming to this location again.

The chicken is always delicious. Sometimes they give sweet tea instead of unsweet.
My main issue is the side of fries seem to be getting smaller and smaller. I'm not a big fan of their fries but I expect a meal-sized order and not a smaller portion.

We ordered a Box combo and a sandwich combo. We paid for two extra sauces and only received one in the bag. We immediately told the girl at the window and she looked at us and said “the box combo only comes with one sauce” even though we paid for two extra sauces. The girl gave an Attitude as if she didn’t believe us. She called her manager and her manager asked to see the bag as if we were lying. 😂 80 cents is not that deep. Terrible service.

Best chicken among all the fast food restaurants. Better than KFC, Pollo Campero… you name it. It doesn’t even feel like fast food at all. Service is good and fast, the place is clean. Everything run smoothly here. Highly recommended!

Y’all keep forgetting to add extra canes sauce when i order an extra cane sauce its so disappointing and it ruins my day after i bust my behind at work all day and look forward to a delicious dinner from canes only to be missing my extra canes sauce. You guys need to pay more attention to detail. When i eat my chicken i like to dip the whole thing in canes sauce, one sauce is never enough.

I recently visited Raising Cane’s, and I must say I was quite disappointed with my experience. The cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. When I arrived, it seemed like they had just opened, but the place was already quite dirty. It was evident that they hadn’t properly cleaned before opening for the day.
Additionally, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The cashier or the person taking orders did not come across as friendly, and it was clear that they were not working well as a team. It’s always disappointing when you can sense disorganization and unfriendliness in a restaurant setting.
Overall, my visit to Raising Cane’s was not a pleasant one due to the cleanliness issues and the less-than-friendly staff. I hope they can improve these aspects of their operation to provide a better dining experience for their customers.

If I could this no stars I would . They all a mess up on my orders went today and. Irder food again and like all ways they didnt get all of my order so i callef back the manager is rude when I call back the lady was not wanting to help me she was very rude. And when asked for name all she kept saying was this is a manager . But yet I have to give you my name. Ok she really needs to know how to talk to ppl .
