Since many comments have already mentioned the atmosphere, I would like to provide some tips for those who wish to bring their family members to the cafe.
A total of 5 of us spent RM390++ (1 Starter, 2 Extra garlic bread, 5 main courses, 3 Soup with bread, 6 coffee, 3 desserts).
1. The place is not suitable for people with mobility issues, for example, if you need to use a cane or a wheelchair, it is challenging to navigate the staircase, and some steps/rocks are uneven, especially on rainy days, making it more dangerous.
2. The food portions are small, especially considering the price point, particularly for the spaghetti.
3. The waiting time for the food was about 40 minutes for all the items we ordered, and the sequence was also incorrect, the starter arrived after we had finished all the main courses.
I hope the cafe can be improved, especially regarding the safety of the staircase. I love the natural atmosphere, of course. The above is just feedback, and I hope the establishment will grow and make improvements to allow more customers to enjoy the place.

Loved the ambience and feeling of immersing yourself in nature. Best if everyone is quiet so you can enjoy the serenity and nature. Go early if you prefer a more cooling time.
The service is nice and food is very good. It is pricey though 😬

The atmosphere is 10/10, very chill and very natural vibe. Had some lamb, cake and spaghetti carbonara and all of these food were very nice. Not too salty nor sweet, just nice.
They last order for lunch is at 3pm. They'll reopen back after 5 or 6pm if not mistaken for dinner. Overall very nice place to be in.

Beautiful outdoor place to dine and be close to nature. Environment is superb, while the food is good and fresh. Price is on the high side though, and food choices are quite limited. Great for nature lovers who enjoy decent western cuisine.

As the name suggests “Rainforest” - the cafe is located at a hilly slope. Rustic, nice ambience surrounded by greenery. You will dine in a wooden hut with low table setting (Japanese style) or you could seat at the edge of the hut with your leg hanging in the air. There are a few huts which give me the impression that
The food is so-so for the price that they charged which is on the high.
It’s all about the ambiance and surroundings.

Hungary's Style Braised Chicken w Wood-Fried Toast
Coming from a bustling busy city, it was really much needed comfort to wrap ourselves around & in nature, enjoying the gentle breeze as we watch the dedicated barista prepare the coffees and the hospitable crew serving every individual who walks in with heart and sharing their knowledge on coffee (not the force it down the throat kind of details, but is as and when we asked 🤎)
Love the coffees and the toast (esp the home made spread!) we got!
It's not difficult to reach the cafe, but it was indeed a little harder to get out (if you don't drive) but the cafe prepared a list of drivers which we could WhatsApp to hire. Appreciate that kind gesture!
Would love to be back to sit around the cafe area, stay a night or two in the homestay, or volunteer around the school compound if there's an opportunity!
Soon soon, will be back! Thank you Rainforest cafe crew!

Nice food and interesting ambience. The entrance to the waterfall closes at 5pm so please come much earlier if you wanted to come for other activities besides just the cafe to make the trip worth it. We came at 5pm on a Saturday and had to hang around doing nothing till 6pm when the cafe opens again for dinner. So we spent most the time monkey watching :)
It was quite hot so definitely welcomed the cold drinks. The portions are quite small so we ordered quite a lot. We love the bread. Too bad not much desserts to choose from. Maybe there were more during the day.
The place had that raw treehoude feel. Makes you feel one with nature. I only came because I saw good reviews about the food. We all loved the food. Fresh ingredients. We felt so relaxed whilst enjoying our meal. Would hope for milk alternatives such oat milk for hot drinks. Will def come back to try other dishes.

I found a gem. Calling all nature and coffee lovers! This cafe is located relatively further away from the central kulai. It is located at the bottom of a hiking area.
You need to climb up the hill to reach the cafe. Hence, your knees shall be in a good state before coming.
The ambience was excellent if you like to be close to nature. I literally felt as if I was sitting on a tree top sipping a cup of coffee and watching the mountain. The mushroom soup was nice. Perhaps don't add the oil would be better. The coffee was acidic and sourish, which was rarely used to make a latte.
I am impressed with everything. Btw, their CNY themed cake slice was fantastic.
