I stopped in here yesterday when going to visit family. I have never been a Mexican person because I hate trying new things. I've eaten chipotle before but didn't like the meat at all. It ruined it for me. I have never tried any of the sauces or anything so I wasn't sure what to get. Had a lady named Kendra? I am pretty sure that was her name. She was awesome. She explained it all in detail to me and my child. She didn't rush and act as if we were being a burden. Thankfully it wasn't crazy busy there when I was in. Also had another person help with suggestions too I believe she was a manager. I can't say enough about this place. I was actually surprised at how nice & helpful that they were with us. I haven't been to a restaurant that truly assisted us without feeling like it was a task, or someone getting upset. We both got one of the Mexican bowls. I can't say enough about it. It hands down was the best I've had. The meat was not disgustingly filled with gristle as it was at Chipotle. The portion size was perfect. All around I can't say anything but good about this facility. The staff topped it though. I keep thinking at how friendly they were. I kept apologizing for taking so long, and not knowing things. Honestly she didn't care and assured us to make sure we got what we wanted. That she wanted us to enjoy it & not be disgusted! It was also very well cleaned and nice in there which was a bonus! Stopped here for first time with a friend who raced about the place. Now it will be a main place I eat when in the area! Awesome staff and they are very kid friendly! Totally recommend! Found by accident. Amazing food. Fresh and light. The employee pictured was a breath of fresh air. Extremely upbeat and friendly. We gave her a side top and suggest that you do also. If you know her let her know she is doing a great job. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50

So I had an online order and I stood in front of the counter and after they helped the last customer they went on making more food. I obviously looked annoyed and nobody asked me what I was there for or what my name was. A good 10 minutes went by and nothing. Extremely rude. I was there at 8:30pm (12/4/23) 12 minutes after it said it was going to be finished. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This server is the absolute worse. She kept rolling her eyes while I was trying to place my order. She acted as if someone was being forced to work. She needs to find a new job. It’s people like her that make peoples days go bad. I told her she needed to smile so it would make it better and she decide to slam my food at me. Don’t come here while she is working, she may as well throw the food in your place. I hope she has a better day going forward and doesn’t feel miserable.

Qdoba is one of the best places for Mexican food in my opinion. The food is always fresh, the taste is great. The portions are large enough and they will also give you an extra scoop of guacamole if you ask nicely! The prices are reasonable. We ordered one chicken burrito bowl and one burritos bowl. The people working here are nice and friendly, so I keep coming back. It's a great place to get some good food at an affordable price. Delicious food and a friendly staff. I mentioned to my dining companion that I wanted to try the meatless option. The manager overhead and gave me a taste of the new meatless meat option. It was delicious, and didn't have the grease soaked through taste of regular beef taco meat. Next time I go my meal will certainly be made from it! Great place with convenient hours for EMS/Police/Fire as they're open late while school is in session. I've returned several times and have always had a good experience. Food is always fresh and tasty.
