My burrito was toasted on the outside (not requested) and ice cold inside. Online order. When I arrived there was one person being helped and no one else in the restaurant, so they were far from busy/backed up. One staff member asked if I was waiting on an order and seemed confused when I gave my name and then said they were working on it right now. My order was ready 7 minutes later, so I’m assuming they made my burrito, set it aside to take another customer (which I understand), forgot about my order and then tried to cover it up by reheating my burrito. I called and complained and the manager offered a refund or new burrito, which is fine, but they obviously don’t care about quality at that store. Food quality and customer service at the Bel Air store have been in steady decline for 5 years or so. This is likely the last time I’ll eat there. Chipotle in Forest Hill is much better. As soon as I walked in I caught a weft of great smelling chicken and the store was amazingly clean for it to be a food place. When I went to counter I was treated by a team member named Kelvin his energy was so great and outgoing and he listened to every detail about my bowl. The team members and the store just had such great energy and the food was amazing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food is generally pretty good. There've been times where the line gets confused and you order something like chips with queso, and find yourself waiting longer than you ought to. I'm assuming it was the Manager at the register was very kind and since customer service seems to be lacking everywhere you go, I wanted to mention this! As the food we ordered was great, however, we ordered catering for 15-20 people and the amount of food they gave us was not enough for all the guest. we asked catering for 15-20 people and they gave us food for about 8 people! The quantity was so little and the price was high. I do not recommend ordering catering from here!

Couldn’t believe it… ignored by multiple employees while waiting, they spent their time talking and laughing (at least they get along), while still waiting to be “waited” on an employee took that time to make their own food, the place was really dirty, manager opened a bin of chicken and said out loud “wow this stuff stinks so bad”. When finally served and trying to pay, the cashier stops mid transaction to take a phone call, walks in the back and leaves me standing there. When she came back (only about 30 secs later) the transaction was completed after multiple attempts at Apple-pay I was told “oh that’s not working today”. The food itself was fine! I was just very surprised at the poor service and the lack of cleanliness of the place.
