Puff and Stuff. Well lets just say I was not too impressed with the chicken puffs, it tasted like canned chicken with mayonnaise and a little seasoning, the puff was puffy but texture wise was not the best, maybe I am not used to bread like that. Like I said I was not that impressed, would have liked hard dough Jamaican bread instead ... Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

This place has maintained a high level of consistent quality over the years.Prices are good for the size of items.This place caters for the pleasures of the normal simple people as, the raisin bun is the the most delicious on the island and is reasonably priced for an item of high quality, size and taste. Most of the staff are well trained in customer relations, but there are a few that needs retraining by their lack of manners and etiquette. Their items are a bit pricey but I have never been disappointed with the quality of their goods. I get my birthday cake here every year and my husband works at Kiss (just wanted to add that in)😅🤣 Also, the ladies are always very helpful. I was assisted to my car as I had my daughter in my hand even tho I insisted I can make it on my own. Always a pleasure!

This visit was amazing I tried something new and absolutely loved it. The chocolate cheese cake was out of this world #lovedit It's a bit bitter as it appears to be dark chocolate but for chocolate lovers you would be in your glee 😋 😉

I am so grateful for this company and it's excellent service. I live in Canada. I ordered a cake for my dad's 80th birthday on Saturday for pickup on Sunday. The cake was ready for us on time, and looked great. It was a light fruit cake, tasted great. The staff I spoke with on both days were very polite, respectful and willing to assist. They could literally put themselves in my head and provide a great service without losing patience. Thank you so much for being there PuffnStuff. This is my 3rd time ordering like this on the phone on very short notice. This one was very important as it was dad's 80th 💞💞💞💞💞💜💜

They have everything you need, and most things you want. They're very consistent. The slight downside is that their stuff isn't mind-blowingly good. Everything tastes very okay. I usually buy pies from them (chicken and beef) as to-go snacks, but I end up almost always having to eat it with pepper/hot sauce to give it a little flavor boost. With cake orders, they are very prompt. They don't mix matters with getting orders ready on time.

Nice customer service, consistent quality of products. I remember the days you could have bought a slice of sweet bread and a currants roll. Now things a parceled differently. $20 won’t get you much variety there.
