Friendly seafood restaurant overlooking the marina. Puerto Xtabay was just down the road from where we were staying. We arrived just after 4:30 and although the kitchen was about to close, we were made to feel very welcome by our waiter Santos and Hugo the manager. The restaurant has great views across to Isla Mujeres and it was nice to watch the boats on the water as we had our meal. The food was lovely, tasty and very well presented. This place was near where we were staying so we decided to try it out. The large wooden doors and raw concrete attracted us at first. We realize it is a pizza place, order our pizza, and are delightfully surprised when our gourmet pizzas come out with farmer's market quality ingredients, thin and crispy crust. The placed seemed like a locals gem as everyone who came by said hi to one another. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Such an authentic experience eating here. It's located in the middle of a classic Cancun neighborhood with barefoot children at a park right next to the tables, dogs running around, and ice cream trucks driving by. And THE FOOD. SO Delicious. The mango augua, mango salad, all the pizza, and dessert--muy bien!

Kellner Luis war ein unfassbar sympathischer und hochaufmerksamer Kerl, der stets sofort zur Stelle war und sehr gute englisch gesprochen hat. Das Ambiente war mega entspannt, die Aussicht war toll und interessant. Das Essen war großartig zu einem absolut fairen Preis. Wir empfehlen das Lokal zu 100%! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
