Stir is generally well-sticker and nicely merchandiser. Limited in specialty selections in some depts. Hot Asian Rice Bowls and midweek special price on Sushi were nice surprises. Pharmacist Angela (I think I've got it right) was very helpful in getting complicated prescriptions/insurance issues solved. She is a big asset to the store.

I bought some steak today from Publix and went home to find out the lady at the cash register didn’t put it in my bag. So, I had to drive all the way back in the rain to the store to tell these people that this lady didn’t put the steak in the bag. This made me feel so uncomfortable already because I didn’t want them to think I’m lying or something.

I feel like I take a lot of losses at this Publix. Every week I go home and there are products that are opened, expired, etc. Tonight I opened a box of macaroni and cheese, and dumped it into boiling water, and all the cheese went in with it, because the package was opened in the box. I don’t know what the issue is, but it’s quite exhausting and wasteful for my pocketbook. Parking is also atrocious. 😑 On a positive note, the staff are always very pleasant

Ultra modern design packed inside this conservative store. Everything you need including a sushi 🍣 chef on site. Hot meals ready to go, pick up area for online orders, fresh produce, and excellent customer service (thanks for the help,Linda) Loving the rebuild! Deli is disappointing. Ordered ahead online and it still took over 30 minutes to get a sub made that looked more like Jimmy Johns than a PubSub. Very little meat for a $9 sub, will order subs from the Italian place for that cost..

Let’s face it. It’s a grocery store. I have to say I have been there thousands of times and so my review is based on overall experiences. The one consistent problem this store has, is the pub sub area. I often order sandwiches ahead of time because when I go, I know the lines will be long. I order online well in advance, to allow reasonable preparations. I cannot remember a time that my sandwiches were ready on time. I even try to go in 5 min later and somehow I still have to hunt the sandwiches down. Tonight did not change that. The orders were wrong (nothing major, but still not correct), late and the staff is full of excuses about being short staffed. I get it. Sometimes staffing is beyond our control, but making excuses is not what the consumer wants to hear. It would have been ideal to have a manager step in to help knowing that they were backed up. In addition, it would be nice if there was a friendly face that simply says, “I apologize for your wait.” And not just a quick toss of the sandwiches and no eye contact. Overall, the store conveniently located and serves the purpose of a grocery store. The sandwich area could really use some help for sure.

Went in today for a quick in and out. Went to the self check out didn't see the sign that said card only. The old man looked at me while I was counting my money out then yells at me and say it's card only. I didn't say anything not to cause a scene. Just put my items down and left the store he was screaming while I walked out hey hey hey. I just kept walking and didn't say anything

I have been going to Publix as my go to store for the past 12 years. Ever since moving here to Ormond from Flagler I have noticed I always get SOMETHING rotten from this store and I am getting tired of it. Too much money spent to have this continue. It’s usually the garlic, now the cheese. The dates say okay on the package but when they sell it buy one get one free and I get home and the cheese inside the package is green there’s a problem.

I came in to this Publix in the trails on a whim to get something to eat for my lunch break and on my way out I saw a vending machine with my absolute favorite flavor of energy drink inside of it Reign Lemon HDZ flavor. Now I cannot find this flavor any where south of Virgina/Northern North Carolina. I had been looking in every gas station and even tried to order it online with no luck other than private sellers trying to sell this flavor for 35$ a can. So as you can imagine I was extremely excited to see it ! I ran back inside to get cash back ready to buy every can in the machine only to see a scrolling message that said "no sales available" so close and at the same time inaccessible. I had come back in every day since that first Monday hoping the vending machine service provider might come in and fix the machine and I can finally get my hands on that flavor. For a whole week I was met with the same disappointing message "no sales available" and with Publix managers going on their lunch break I had no way of talking to anyone that might of had the ability to help me. I came in again today on Friday after 5 days of coming back to try and get this drink only to be met with the same message I had grown to hate, I walked into Publix ready to just get something for lunch and head back to work when I spotted 2 managers off to the side one of them who's name was Brent the other managers name I couldn't remember but she was just as amazing. I approached them knowing that coke is an independent vendor and most places have no control or ability to access the product. I quickly explained my situation with just the hopes of them maybe being able to get a hold of someone to service the vending machine so I could come back in on my lunch the next Monday and be able to buy the drinks I wanted so bad. Both managers went above and beyond and were able to open the vending machine for me so I could buy them!! I was absolutely beyond ecstatic and it turned a very bad start to my day completely around and I just wanted to say how amazing this Publix is and all of their kind staff who tried their best to help me! And to make a wonderful surprise even better they informed me that I could place a special order and they might be able to order me a whole case to come pick up at the store ! Both managers went above and beyond and completely made my day and I would 10/10 recommend this Publix over any of the others in my county ! Thank you again so much!

Went in here to get a sub with my boyfriend and had our regular pleasant shopping experience. However, upon checking out, an employee named Suzanne was incredibly rude to us after we used the wrong register by accident. She proceeded to treat us like children and accuse us of trying to steal. I was shocked because normally the staff is so friendly and helpful.
