I love the standard this grocery store holds within the community. Always happy and smiling employees ready to help. I recently purchased a months worth of steak and the butcher was so happy and helpful, ready to accommodate my polite requests for cuts and packaging etc. thank you, Publix!

I live 2 hours from this store. I ordered my Dad a birthday cake to have it delivered through instacart. I called 24+ hours in advance to ask them to write "Happy Birthday Dad" on the cake. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. Apparently it was because when his cake got delivered the writing was on a piece of plastic and laid across the top of the cake. It looks stupid and lazy. I would've rather her tell me they can't do it rather than send what they did.

The deli gives priority to those that come order in person over online orders. It's quicker to just come in and order rather than order 30 minutes before. Make it make sense. Don't offer online orders if you aren't going to do it properly.

Wonderful customer service at the hot food station. I was waiting for food to be cooked, and the team kept me updated on how long it would be. I thought that was amazing customer service. The Manager Justin came over and apologized for the long wait. Justin, you are a great leader, and it shows in your team. Thank you, guys

Great shopping experience. Friendly staff. Good buy-1 get-1-free deals. If you are not familiar with the shop location, it's easy to drive by it like I did when trying to find it for the first time. It's totally blocked by the trees.

Although usually a good place to shop. But not today! If I am waiting in line before someone, I expect to be served before that person. At least that's the way it's supposed to be. It seemed to me. It was not first come first serve today. When a customer service person say to a frustrated (with cause) client : "get out of my store" it said it all. Publix is supposed to be everyone store. Public Motto: Let's adopt it.” And in 1954, “Where Shopping is a Pleasure” became the new Publix slogan. In his own words, this is how Jenkins felt about the Publix slogan. “This isn't something we dreamed up out of blue sky and white Florida sand. The most high-priced markets ever. The quality of the products sold at this company you can explore different stores and find the same quality in what most people consider to be a lower quality of markets. But I have found that if you look you can find better. Aldi's is a very good choice to start with. They have items that Publix doesn't carry, and some of them have employees with great customer service experience. So please look into other supermarkets before wasting your money at this market. There are other markets I could suggest if asked.

Not a safe area. Not a good selection of alternative, healthy, or kosher foods which are available at other Publix branches! Not possible to order frozen items online for pickup at this location. Disappointing
