I Love everything about Publix, from their Deli with their Boar's head brand and their selection of fine meats and cheeses, to their ultimate selection on their groceries, this place has it all, and their prices are pretty good considering the prices of everything has elevated, but it's manageable. This place is always kept clean and organized. Highly recommended.
This Publix's Bakery and Management are just horrible. DO NOT ORDER CUSTOM CAKES OR LET ANYONE WRITE ON YOUR CAKE, IT WILL BE RUINED. These people are capable of ruining a customized cake and an already made cake. The colors are wrong, the cakes lean, the packaging is disgusting and the penmanship is horrendous, when a complaint is lodged, neither Vick the Bakery Manager or Danny the store manager cares enough to address the matter. My daughter and I complained about this woman, who we previously had an encounter with, who closed the bakery on Friday 03/02/24 because she chose to call her friend over from the deli to gossip about me, calling us weirdos for not liking her horrendous penmanship on a cake, which happened over one month ago. I reported the issue to Vick, the bakery manager via the telephone that same Friday night, and went and saw Danny the store manager in person on 03/03/24. Nothing was done. My daughter has a mental health issue and it affected her terribly and this matter wasn't handled properly. Racism and condescension is real in that store and is fostered and catered to, hence why that bakery woman and her deli friend felt the need to be so open in speaking that way. I will choose to spend my hard earned money elsewhere and to preserve my daughter's mental health.
Publix is well stocked, super clean, staff is helpful, friendly and professional. IMO, I feel the products cost a tad more than your average bargain based lower class supermarket. However, with higher quality products, a pleasant in-store environment along with a all around better experience I don't mind. Plus there are lots of coupons savings and buy this or that amount get one free deals
Always clean and always ready to help you ... I love the fact that they always have scooters im disabled and there is nothing worse than having to go out in the parking lot and try to find a scooter They always have scooters either right up front or inside beat placed the shop

It's ok it just seems that all stores are carrying things that I'm not needing in my life. But also the prices are stupid crazy high. I know the cost of living has gone up. But it also doesn't help that the integrity of the people have gone down. Guess it's a yin yang of life. Publix was my go to store for many of things but now it truly is not worth the time to even try to see if the certain items are still available cause they r not. Their bakery has lost it appeal to me. I guess I'm set in my ways and don't like changing. I mean I understand it, I just don't see fixing something that's not broken. My children have even said the same thing . Over the years they grown accustomed to how Publix was and they are now complaining ( to the family not to Publix). I'm just one person and if I left Publix it wouldn't matter to them one bit. If Publix wants to be better than everyone else they need to make sure all the food is from the USA only besides the true ethnic foods and drop the prices. That won't happen so. My two cents won't matter to them.
I got some strawberries here, and they were awesome. I have to go back and get some more. Publix always has real good fruit.
I am a produce person, organic if it's fresh. I shop other places too, but if I'm down to one place, it's Publix. They have made some improvements lately, putting fragile produce like greens in coolers. I think they could offer samples of various fruits that r especially good that week to customers. And Pete's sake more variety in pears when in season! Big juicy d'Anjous!
I’m not sure how a multimillion dollar company can advertise a sub and not be willing to make it. Fire Smith, flame grilled chicken, and fried avocado club sub as advertised looks delicious . Allegedly they only have 2 fryers.
I ordered several party trays 10 days in advance. I ordered a fruit tray. They gave me a veggie tray. I ordered one sandwich platter. They tried to give me two. Neither tray even had the sandwiches I actually ordered. I ordered a shrimp tray. Didn't even get that. Thankfully the cake was correct. And the wrap tray seemed to be correct. A 200 dollar order and they messed it up horribly. And, Didn't even get the mayo and mustard packets I requested. First and last time I will ever trust them with a party order. It's pretty awful when Walmart can do it better.
We love this Publix. We love getting our subs from here. I do believe the older gentleman maybe named Phill makes our sandwiches and he does it very well and puts a lot of love into them. Thank you!
