Primos boasts delicious food - if you can get your hands on it. The biggest problem here is the enormous lines to get your food - and it's not because the place is always crowded. The staff take way too long to get your orders ready. 30-40 min waits is the norm here, unfortunately. It's "slow food," not fast food. You'll often wait standing or in your car. No matter how simple or big your order is, it'll take forever. This is why I haven't eaten here in 2 years! While the food is delicious, the painful waiting time for my food means I can't recommend it. If you want to enjoy what I'll call the "Moroccan KFC," then dine in. Try to go before 16:00. Very slow service, they basically but delivery orders before in house orders, waited 40 minutes for an order, the price isn't great when it comes to the service and the food, first visits would be my last visit as well. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Food is not bad. They deserve 3 stars. But i don't like the atmosphere there is cats everywhere. They come around you when you eat. My experience was very bad even food had good taste. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I used to love it but unfortunately lately their food is not standing up against rivals like McDonald's and burger king to say the least, they need to up their game, food is not super bad it's just boring in my opinion. On the flip side their prices are super competitive compared to rivals, who are eager to rip you off easy to put it in perspective: you can get an average foot long sub at PRIMOS with fires and a soft drink for 43dh or a little above 4 usd, you need at least 6 usd to get the same from let's say McDonald's or burger king but it's better tasting Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
