One item, ONE ITEM 1:50 in the afternoon self check out closed, walked out. Get faster check out people if you're going to be this prejudice against against your customers. Cheaper at Walmart anyway.

Just left this store and drove over to Hen House all I needed was TWO items would have been in line for 15 minutes. no self check out after a snow storm in the middle of the day not at opening or closing. Got pain that prevents me from standing in line too long and they were already extremely long. No care for the disabled What is the reason?

I enjoy the selection they have here. But the prices are higher than other grocery stores. Are usually spend at least $500 a month here and every single time I come I have to bag my own groceries because they’re understaffed! I usually offer, but today I was asked by the cashier it’s either me or my daughter can go down and back our groceries. That was so irritating! They should consider a discount for paying customers that have to bag their own groceries in the checkout line! Plus, watch your receipt because I’m usually double charged for something.

Not laid out as good as other Price chopper stores but still a good place to shop. VERY VERY EXPENSIVE! ONLY buy fresh meat that's on sale. Price choppers Canned, frozen and boxed foods are very expensive. We use Walmart for everything except meat Half the price of this price chopper.

It's sad when a veteran buys from your store and you wouldn't give him sale prices because he didn't have your ignorant rewards card. You could have given him the discount but you didn't how sad and disrespectful.

The store is great but the other shoppers...between the seniors using it as a hang out and talk spot to the families who bring many kid/relatives blocking the narrow aisles to the dangerous motorized cart users it becomes a hassle. Employees and store are 5 stars.

I would’ve give 5 stars today but I had a rude cashier Tina her name, NOT FRIENDLY, JUST THROWING PRODUCTS TO THE COUNTER, DID NOT EVEN PUT BAGS IN THE CART HAD TO FINISH HER JOB. Dude SMILE MORE.

I bought some T-bone steaks that were on sale for $6.99 per lb. I found out why they were on sale. They were already bad. Smelled like roadkill. I put them in a zip lock bag and tossed in the freezer. They will go out in the trash the first of the week.
