Love coming here when I’m passing by. I always get the Thai tea with black pearls and crème. Only once has my order been messed up but I didn’t have time to go back and fix it but I know they would’ve as I’ve witnessed it with other customers. My kids also love their drinks and I love the option to split a drink.

I’m a Realtor around the corner in the same complex. Everyone at my office loves this place. The staff is nice. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable to stay and relax. Outdoor seating when it’s not cold out is perfect. 😍

Thai Tea Slush
This place is amazing! The service is perfect and the drinks are fantastic. Prices are super cheap for the quality of product. I love how you can customize the ingredients and sweetness of your order so it's perfect for everyone.
Parking is also good due to there being plenty of public parking spaces.
The whole environment is warm and welcoming, it's comfortable to hang out and enjoy the ambiance.
Bonus: One member of our party messed up his own order (NOT THEIR FAULT) but they were quick to offer to make it right. Which deserves special points in the customer service category.
Overall: The entire experience was wonderful and I highly recommend this Presotea!

Best bubble tea shop in Midvale!
I stumbled upon Presotea in search of a cold, refreshing drink. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Presotea has so many drinks to offer - from coffee, fruit tea, milk tea, coffee, smoothies, and more! There is something for everyone.
I decided on a Matcha Milk tea with fresh, organic milk and 70% (less) sweet with lychee jelly. It was delicious! I ordered on the kiosk which was so easy and convenient and provided me with enough time to browse the menu without feeling rushed to make a decision. The staff was welcoming and had my drink ready in no time.
The ambiance in Presotea is fun, clean, and great for meeting with friends or family. I will be back for sure!

Me and my family stopped by in the hot summer. We didn’t know how COOL this place was, but we came in because my wife begged for boba tea.
The service is great. If you have questions about drinks and toppings, they explain it and offer you a sample of toppings.
I saw a big “espresso machine” on the back but it is not an espresso machine for coffee. That is where they brew their tea, FRESH for each cup you order. It is mind blowing because as a tea and coffee drinker, this is a new thing!
You also can customize the order from different toppings, sweetness and ice level!
I hope they grow and open more shops! We will be back, because this was an amazing experience!

Wow, wow, wow. This place is wonderful! Honestly, the best business I have been in in the state of Utah. Elise, the owner, is one of the kindest, most helpful, and sweetest women I have ever met. She took time to explain which mixes were best and answered all of my questions seeing I’m gluten and dairy intolerant.
The milk tea was exceptional and the shop has such a calm, fun, and positive energy. Do yourself a favor and stop by—you won’t regret it!
The boba here is exceptionally soft. And the tea is freshly brewed. You can smell the tea as you’re drinking. Brooklyn was very kind to us as she let us remake one of the drinks we didn’t like. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. The staffs are understanding and cheerful.

Awesome place. When I was living in China I used to drink this Chinese milk tea on a daily basis and this shop took me back to my uni time in China again 😍🥺 Lovely stuff, very attentive girl Alex at the cashier 🥰 So beautiful environment, a great place for your new Instagram pictures.
