This is right near a beautiful church. Service was excellent and even spoke English. The cost of a bottle of wine was only $12. I didn’t like the NY strip steak, but everything else was good. Corizo was excellent, the codfish was excellent. Plate of cheese was excellent. They were able to accommodate our party of 10 without notice. It’s larger than it seems inside and it is perfectly located in Nazare near tons of shopping and beautiful views outside the restaurant Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Preface: We were on a day tour on a Friday *and* Immaculate Conception Day (so maybe Nazaré was more crowded than normal?) and we were given 1.5 hours to look around and get lunch. We only looked around about 20 minutes before getting in line at PortoBello. We were seated fairly quickly, but then it took about 20 minutes to place our order, then 20-25 minutes for food to be brought to the table, so we had just 15 minutes to eat. The staff looking after us was empathetic; but clearly covering too many tables. Fortunately, the food was prepared well, the portions were big, the flavours were delicious, and the prices were fair. I had the bacalhau á la casa with a glass of white wine, and my husband had the chicken milanesa with a large Super Bock beer. We also ordered the bread (fresh!) and olives (good, not great). Had a wonderful shrimp lunch at Porto Bella. Fresh caught, expertly prepared and a nice glass of wine. Attentive and fun waitstaff. A better choice than the restaurants overlooking the water if you want a good meal. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped in for lunch on a rainy day, and are so glad we did. Fantastic staff, great ambiance, and wonderful food. Highly recommend stopping in after seeing the famous Nazare lighthouse. The crème brûlée prepared at the table was fantastic. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €25–30

Wonderful! The staff are super friendly and worldly. One of the waiters worked on a cruise ship and could relate to people from many countries. Food was super fresh with fish caught locally. Had the best sardines here!!

Great restaurant. Friendly staff. Delicious food! The average check is 20-30 euros per person. I was here before the start of the pandemic and I was satisfied. Next time I'll be at Nazare, I definitely come here again. The restaurant is close to an ancient chapel, a beautiful square, and an observation deck. From a bird's-eye view, you can see the ocean and the city. Unbelievable!

Great experience at lunchtime. Daily seafood specials and plenty of Tapas to choose from. Fresh bread, extensive locale wine also. Highly recommend while in town.

How can I even start!! One of the best chefs I've come across, Ricardo is absolutely phenomenal and caring!! I'm vegetarian and I'd have been happy with just an omelette, but Chef Ricardo came to our table, enquired about my preferences and prepared a delicious mushroom dish that was superb! He's undoubtedly the reason why this restaurant is perhaps doing so well, I hope he gets the recognition he deserves 👏🏾 Obrigada Ricardo!
