The food is delicious. The place is really with a welcoming atmosphere. Love the lighting inside feels homey. The staff was on top of their game and polite. Will be back to this Popeyes. I ordered a 8 piece with a large mac&cheese. As i pulled up i was told i had to wait 20 MINUTES for my food, i had already paid an wasn't going to be given my money back. So i was stuck waiting. Then after i got my food what all looked to be there when i got home i found in the picture. 6 pieces of chicken an 2 small mac&cheese to make up for i guess not having a large container. Absolutely horrible, if part of the job is being able to count to 8 an they cant even get that right. How many other customers are they stealing from.? A bit pricey for “fast food” and honestly, could be better! Service is sub-par at Best! Chicken tenders & Chicken Sandwich $20 and I was charged $.75 for each sauce I requested which I assumed should have been included with my tenders. The Strawberry Biscuit dessert they offer is Terrible! However, the Cajun Fries when cooked properly, are Delicious! I have had the unfortunate experience of them being WAY overcooked and burnt but I returned them and was offered a freshly cooked batch. I've had mixed experiences here. The first time i went, i waited in a line for almost half an hour in total. Then the lady was not very polite and completely messed up the order (food missing and made wrong) and was overall dissapointed. Then, the most recent time went much better, it was quick and the staff was more polite and all the food was made correctally. The chicken is good, not dry or soggy. The breast peices on the sandwiches were a little hard for my taste but not bad at all. And tenders were great. Mac and cheese was lack luster but not bad. And they have good biscuits. I wish there was a negative button for customer service. It took 32 minutes to receive cold food. I ordered online at 1:17 p.m. I arrived at 1:25 and told him that I was here to pick up my food, I was promptly told it would take 8 minutes to have the nuggets cooked. I was not given an option to order anything else or receive replacement. So I sat there in front of the registers and waited and waited. The cashier was shouting periodically "I need those nuggets", and the kitchen would mumble something back. At 1:47 I complained saying I can't wait for my food anymore and they were searching for my order. My order was sitting in the to-go shelf. Someone had put my order there and forgot to call my name or my order number. There were a few other people waiting for their orders as well. No names were called. Being this disorganized takes a special skill and the people that Popeyes have mastered it. Fortunately there was misery with company. The guy behind me was waiting 15 minutes for his wings that he ordered. When he spoke up, they informed him they only had four wings left. Why would you wait till someone speaks up to tell them that they couldn't have their order? And complaining to the online ordering system is just a robot that just gives random refunds for any complaints. Nobody cares about the service, nobody cares about their job or their performance or the cold food or the waiting. I hope the management reads this terrible review and has a team huddle. Maybe they should re-explain that when the food is ready you should call out their name or order number and saying the food's ready. Or if you know somebody's waiting 30 minutes for nuggets that you probably should just hand it to them. If you know that you're behind in orders and it takes eight plus or 30 minutes to make food, you should let the customer know and offer either a refund or exchange something else and its place. That would be the right thing to do instead of telling people that they need to wait and turn your back on them. I hope corporate reads this and let's the local store know that this shouldn't be the way you treat people and maybe assigns a regional manager to have the entire staff retrained in the ways the customer service. Waiting in the car after drive through ordering. I had been told only wait 8 minutes for chicken wings and asked to park and wait and wait wait……..so long 1.5 hours. I went in to ask for my order, staffs in there not care about the customer all and just ignored that I was there standing and waiting even gave them a chan and was in patient for waiting. Food has always tasted fairly ok. Couple times I was given rubbery chicken. I make sure to not come here as it takes me 30+ minutes to get through drive thru to constantly being disappointed when I get my food. Only time I come here is when my friends refuse to get kfc. And almost everytime I come here there seems to be a language barrier somehow in a predominantly white/english speaking area. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Best chicken in town, the only thing I was not pleased with was they only allow you to place ONE order per drive thru order. That policy needs to change...at least 2 orders per car.
