The Drive thru Guy this evening wont serve white people. I've never Been treated this way. I heard him talking to a co worker after making me wait over 20 minutes. I go to Northport and Bessemer Locations all the time and have never been treated this way. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst Popeyes I have ever ate at. Workers were rude, chicken was disgusting. Absolutely horrible experience. Plus for 3 piece chicken strip meals was basically $22 would rather go to a actual restaurant Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Oh my, could this place get any more disgusting. This is a nasty place in real need of a deep cleaning, maybe gas and a match. When you see bug and roaches on the floor while eating, it makes you wonder did they crawl on your food before I took a bite. How the health department hasn’t shut this place down is a miracle. They scored an 86 on their health report which list has me been a gracious score. This ranks the worst fast food place I have ever been to. Management needs to make some serious changes.

Wife didn't get either of her sides with her "$6.99 big box" So we paid $6.99 + $0.50 for the upgrade to Mac-n-cheese for 2 pieces of chicken and a biscuit. My 3 piece "spicy" wasn't. No one answered the phone after MULTIPLE attempts. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible, disgusting location... Employees have no care for cleaning or upkeep. Guy making sandwiches with phone un one hand and spatuchula in other. Trash coming out of trashcan. Employees smoking in back. Employees cloths left all over dinning area tables. This is ghetto Popeyes ,"STAY AWAY!!"

The service was terrible and the food was worse! I was charged $29.00 for a 2 PC chicken meal combo and a popcorn shrimp combo!! After I ordered 5 other customers ordered and were served ahead of me and my food was not hot or fresh when I finally got it. There were very few shrimp in the box and the fries were old. The little girl at the drive thru was extremely rude. She didn't even get on the mic when I was at the speaker. After waiting several minutes I pulled up to the window. She rolled her neck at me and just looked at me. I asked her if there was a problem with the speaker, and she hissed at me " I told you we were changing shifts." I replied that she didn't tell me anything and drove off. Service: 1

It is a filthy disgusting restaurant staffed by less than helpful employees. I complained to Popeyes corporate and they offered $2. I filed a complaint with the local health department. Won't ever eat here again and I live locally, plenty of fried chicken places. Probably start avoiding all Popeyes based on their response. Every time I go to the drive thru we are waiting 20-30 mins, just to get to the speaker and they don’t have anything available..so if there is no food why is there such a long wait. Whenever I do finally get what I ordered, THEY MAKE IT WRONG!! I hate this location with a passion!!! And you can’t back out of the drive thru..worst location with horrible service.. -10/10, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND ALWAYS TELL PEOPLE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..it’s a waste of time and money.. The food was fine. The shrimp and rice was good! I ordered online and set a pickup time but the food was nowhere near ready. As for customer service, if a customer ask for the manager, whichever one, you should approach them friendly. Not looking like you may feel and not talking right away. If you can’t accommodate them with there issue, then tell them and move on. You wast more time by not communicating with words or well at all. We all get tired but we are expected to do our jobs.
