This was my third or fourth visit here. By and large my experience has been great. But today could have been better. 1) I ordered a BBQ blackened chicken sandwich, but the cashier rung up a classic chicken sandwich. 2) It took at least 7 minutes for me to get my order. 3) They what would appear to a restroom. However there is also a sign that says Employee Only. If it’s not meant to be a public restroom then there shouldn’t be a sign saying it is. Classic chicken 🍗 burger 🍔 is amazing and even the beans with rice 🍙 (side dish) is good. However, the face of the company-: the manager (Ms Claudia ) is extremely condescending; rude Unprofessional and impolite. What’s needed in today's time is empathy which is highly missing in her and her assistant who kept making faces at us . And made us feel like we’re wasting their time! Sad and disappointing!! Do recommend this place for food though.

This is the literal worst place for service. For fast food it takes so long ! And you’re lucky if an employee will acknowledge you. Amabile is the most unfriendly person I’ve ever seen Corporate: Allow more time for employees to prepare and pack food for 3rd party orders. It will stop clogging your lobby Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wow...Popeye's commercials are so deceiving and name recognition doesn't carry much weight anymore. My granddaughter insisted on wanting Popeye's chicken so my daughter ordered a 3 piece chicken meal with biscuit. I couldn't believe my daughter paid almost most $ 9.00. First store on one of the entrances to the mall. Got a chicken sandwich and it had a fat piece of chicken. Couldn’t ask for much more. Otherwise, the shift manager rang off my order and the sandwich was great.
