To start...we ordered wingd online. Drove to popeyes ( about 20 mins). Went to the counter, the girl said that it wasn't ready yet. 45 mins later, I finally walk out. Head home and find that not only is the order wrong, but nothing is labeled (9 small black containers), hardly any sauce on the wings. Definitely disappointed with the Olive Branch, Goodman Rd Popeyes Service Take out Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I adore the manager Tiffany at this location. Her employees respect her and she makes sure everyone is doing their job properly. They all seem pretty happy for the most part. A very rare sight at a fast food chain. The food was hot and fresh and the service was fast. As a matter of fact, Tiffany was more than happy to wait on me herself. That is how you lead by example. I am proud to have quality management in my community. I hope Tiffany remains a staple. Popeyes....please make sure she stays.🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Twice I've attempted to eat at this location via drive-thru. 1st time, around 7:30 pm, I ordered popcorn shrimp & was told they were out of them. Since I primarily eat their popcorn shrimp, I drove on to another fast food place. This last time I stopped for supper, I waited behind a long line of cars. When I was ready to order, I was informed it was cash-only. I rarely have cash on me & I lost 30 minutes of time waiting to find I would not be eating at this location again. I won't be back to this location.

I had an amazing experience at Popeye's restaurant. The food was excellent, and the staff was well trained. I even had the opportunity to meet the general manager, Tiffany, who greeted me with a smile. The meal was great, and the place was clean, including the restrooms. Do not, and I can't stress this enough, DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE! Several times I ordered from here and they always miss one or two items but this time they literally gave the entire wrong order. 12 wings, 6 hot and 6 ghost pepper with fries and another side order of fries, so simple. But instead? A drumstick with a biscuit, a chicken sandwich, and 6 sweet n spicy wings. This is beyond trash service and honestly just buy your food in Memphis, the service in Olive Branch as a whole is far far below mediocre and to keep giving this place any business is just a waste of gas and money, hell if you live in Olive Branch I'd recommend going to Memphis for all your food because Olive Branch is a farce. Came for a sandwich at 8pm. They close at 10pm. Entire staff sitting in seated area eating. Girl got behind the counter bothered I came to order food. Was told there were no sandwiches left, they were done cooking and they could only sell me the old fried breasts. You close at 10pm. Trash employees and establishment. Only received the" surf" in my surf and turf tackle box, and even then, it was cold and over cooked. Employee did serve me an extra chicken strip. Sorry to say that the chicken was also over cooked. It's unfortunate that the quality of the food has deteriorated, Popeyes was one of my favorite chicken restaurants but, sadly, no more. Ordered and paid for 16-piece family meal online, went to pick up order 30 minutes later. The dining room for pickup was not open even though it was past posted opening time, had to get in drive thru line which was approximately 10 cars long. I finally get to drive thru window and order had not even been prepared, was told to pull aside and wait for order to be bought out to car. After waiting another 20 minutes I finally went inside as they opened the dining room. Got in line and told the cashier I had an online order and had been waiting for approximately an hour. He checked and saw my online order and only then began to make my order. Customer service was a nightmare and I only waited because I had already placed and paid for my order online.
