Came here with some friends and was immediately greeted and were ready to take my order. Staff were really attentive, kind and prompt and the were able to take my order right away. The food was ready in under a minute which was also quite impressive so overall this place is really efficiently run. Also it was clean and in good shape. No burned out lamps, tables were clean and had a nice vibe. I'd keep coming back. I like the Popeyes food BUT... the service at this particular location was very disappointing. We ordered a 3-piece non spicy, and the pieces of chicken were no bigger than my THUMB! ...AND spicy! ...I CAN'T eat spicy!!! We noticed once already on the road and had to stop in another fast-food. At least, Wendy's knows about Customer Service (including giving you the food you asked and paid for). We had also asked for napkins and were told, "Check the bag!" (with a tone of voice). After digging inside the bag, we found them and said "They're here, thank you. They are always friendly. The spicy chicken sandwich is excellent. The mac and cheese here is creamy and so good. Got it at a different Popeyes and it was disappointing. The service was good. The time to get our food happened at about the speed of light. The chicken was great, although I do wish the actual strips were larger. The 6 piece was more like a 4 piece, and even some of those were pushing it. Sides were okay, nothing special. The soda did have a sort of awkward aftertaste, but I'm chalking that up to a one-off instance. The fries were seasoned well. The outside of the biscuit was suuuuper salty, but the inside was great. Overall a pleasant experience and a good value for the money if you're looking for a quick bite to eat.

Did an online order for the first time, which was very easy. My order wasn't correct, but I didn't notice until I got home. Called to see what could be done about it but could get ahold of anyone. Went through the drive thru 45 minutes ago. My spouse checked the bag and saw we had the right amount of sandwiches and fries. Get home 25 min later to find that the lowlifes at this Popeyes had filled one of their sandwich bags with napkins to make us think that it had a sandwich in it. Tried calling them, but the number doesn’t work. Classless. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
