I've ordered both at drive thru & using the app, and out of 4 trips only 1 order was correct. Well, mostly correct...they shorted me a dipping sauce. Usually it was sides missing. Once, it was all regular chicken instead of the 12 wings I ordered thru the app. Staff could be nicer. No one smiles there. Ever. Went through the drive thru at 920 pm in oswego ny to order chicken sandwiches and was told I could only have 1 sandwich because that was all they had- 1 sandwich to feed a family of 4🤷‍♀️

I went in today with the intention of buying lunch for my staff. Not a single customer in the dining room, 3 employees working behind counter, and 1 car in the drive through. My colleague and I stood at the counter for nearly 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff. Just a simple "be right with you" would have been sufficient. They saw us. Made eye contact, they clearly knew we were there. We ended up walking out and went to KFC instead. Terrible customer service.

$38.00?!?! 38 dollars for one 5 piece tender and 2 4 piece kids meal?!?! A 4$ up charge for fries for the kids?! Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. I will never be going here again.
