Poor customer service. I ordered through the app for the first time. I ordered the 12 pcs wings, 6 tenders, with 2 large sides. They forgot an order of Wings. I went home. Noticed it. I tried calling the store,…no answer. I drove all the way back to get the wings. Manager is looking at me all crazy like I’m lying or something. I ordered a small Mac n cheese. Which personally I feel they should have just gave me since they got my order wrong and inconvenienced me. I should have just brought the whole order back with me and got a refund cause by the time I got home all the food is cold. And then I also find out later that they didn’t even give us the sauces for the tenders. Like how do y’all mess up an order that literally tells y’all what you need to pack for this order??? It’s frustrating that time and time again you sit in line behind three cars for 20 minutes. This has happened too many times at this location and others. Popeyes as a corporation needs better training and management- and probably better compensation packages to keep trained individuals that can serve in their stores. It’s really ridiculous that of all of the fast food chains, Popeyes is probably ranked the worst in every area of customer overall satisfaction. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The area is a little run down. When pulling up to order, the intercom doesn’t work, and you have to order at the window. This means it takes longer to get your order if more than two people are in line. Food tasted good and the staff was doing what they could with what they had. Every time I get the chicken sandwich from this location the chicken is tough and hard to bite through. The meat with the breast is tougher than an over cooked steak. The menu in the drive thru has been broken for over a year now with no sign of it being repaired. Love that chicken from Popeye's! My favorites are the chicken sandwich and red beans and rice. A Louisiana native here, I've been a fan of Popeye's since they first opened there. My personal opinion you have to give the respect you want in order for your business to thrive. Some of these restaurants are poorly ran and the Franchisee of the establishment can careless; I mean it is obvious and it can be seen in the atmosphere when you walk in. The environment is not clean enough to even sit down and eat. I never even see anyone come out to even try and get it together, at least for the people taking their breaks from surrounding establishments. cThe food is always small and taste like is old. The restrooms are horrible. It smells bad and there is never any soap for your hands. Makes you wonder what they are washing their hands with. I mean if I worked in the heat or a plant for hours and took my lunch here, I would like to feel free from my work environment. I mean treat as if you are dining/taking out here. The owner needs to retrain. I mean with great responsibility comes great demand! Let us STOP thinking it is only a check and start really appreciating our jobs. It takes care of you then you should take care of it. Right? Respectively with love and consideration. I should not have to drive all the way to Garth when my neighborhood is filled with so many establishments, with talented and beautiful people.
