The staff at pleasurable bites needs to be trained. The cashier and waitress were the most rudest persons at this establishment . My experience there was the absolute worst. I bought takeout but upon receiving my meal I decided to stay there and dine in instead and within less than 3 minutes into my meal one of the waitresses asked if I was dining in because they were ready to close for the day. I told her yes but then she began to stare at me from behind the counter during which the cashier turned over the closed sign and slammed the door.. I strongly suggest management train their staff properly since incidents like these can result in loss of sales. It certainly can say I’ll not be patronizing this restaurant again and will not be recommending it anyone.

I am a regular customer at the establishment, food has been good the times I have patronised the cafe.
However, there is a specific cashier that has continuously been very unpleasant every time I visit, the other staff has always been accommodating and wonderful but the problem lies with this specific worker.
Even my colleagues, along with their family and friends, who also frequent the cafe have expressed their displeasure with this specific worker due to their service towards them.
Overall, great food and service from other staff expect the cashier.

wonderful breakfast and lunch resturant with the most delicious desserts ! staff is great and the ambiance is a perfect blend of modern tea shop and delicatessen.
